Why Penny Lake chose North Cornwall

We've been coming down to Constantine Bay for nearly 20 years. It's the sort of place you fall in love with as soon as you see the beach and beautiful coastline. It's truly exhilarating: whether you want to sit and take it all in, get active in the sea, or go walking, play golf.

Being foodies it also has much to offer: being 1 few minutes drive from Padstow - with the brilliant Rick Stein's Seafood Restaurant, Cafe, Deli and Fish and Chips.

In addition it is the home of Cornish Golf with the wonderful Trevose Golf club right there.

So we always wanted to buy a place here. Our dream came true with the arrival of this brand new house in the Seaspell development. It's in such a good location, right next to the golf course, and with direct views to the sea, coastline and sunset.

All we needed was to fit out the new build with the sort of unique fabrics, fittings and furniture to make it super special. Seaspell Beach House is the result.

Everyone who stays gives it fantastic feedback, and it is literally one of the best places to stay in the area.

Notes on accommodation Please note - no pets allowed We ask politely that sandy shoes and kit should be left at the front door! Outside: Small front garden with outside shower ideal to wash away the sand. Sunny balcony with views of Boobys Bay on 1st floor. Lovely sun trap patio accessed from bedroom 2 via bifolding doors at the rear of the ground floor. Spacious designated off street parking for 2 cars. Utility Room: Separate utility room with washer dryer, clothes airer and plenty of drying rails. Iron and Ironing board provided. Cleaning / Towels / Linen For 2017 we include a 3 hour mid week clean in the rental fee - this includes light cleaning, bathrooms and kitchen tidy & clean. Linen and towel change available at an additional cost High quality white cotton bedlinen and fluffy towels are included (beach towels not provided)

Superb, well equipped and contemporary holiday home, ideal for beach or golf.

The house has a very high standard of fittings, furnishings and contemporary decorations/artwork and the master suite in particular is beautifully spacious. On a practical note the kitchen is very well equipped, it was nice to have a separate laundry room, and the ability to put the holiday clobber in the hallway on the ground floor, without having to look at it all the time, was ideal! Penny made herself available on the end of the phone with advice and help as needed. The location is excellent with the beach at the bottom of the road, shop at the top of the road and golf club just a bit further on from there! Definitely recommended.

A wonderful family holiday!

The house is light and pristine. It is comfortable and luxurious; beautifully clean, spacious and tidy. Furnished to the very highest of standards with an eye for style and detail. We loved being so close to the beach. We could lie in, in comfy beds, rise for breakfast using the lovely coffee machine, be on the beach in 2mins, and come back for hot showers in the evening. The three stories provides space for a family to each find quiet when they want it, but relax together at other times in the large middle storey lounge. It was quiet and restful, with fantastic facilities. Five star! A superb holiday!

Beautiful contemporary house - wonderful position

As soon as we drove into the driveway we knew we were in for something special this holiday and the house did not disappoint. Its location, décor and facilities were all perfect so that even on rainy days we were happy to stay in! We ate out at restaurants far less than previous years as it was a pleasure to cook in the superbly appointed kitchen and this made a much more relaxing end to busy coast days.

On sunny days we needed to go no further than down the sandy track to the amazing Constantine beach - a long stretch of golden sand backed by dunes. Although there is only has a small - but sweet - unit selling coffee and cake, they have a great system of radioing through to the eatery in the next bay who deliver delicious hot sandwiches - pulled beef and cheese was our favourite.

Walks along the coast were stunning - west to Trevone and then onto Padstow or east as far as you like toward Newquay.

Wow! Gorgeous beach house!

5 minute walk to beautiful sandy beach at Constantine Bay. Brand new 3 storey house in immaculate condition and pristine. Extremely stylishly furnished and very well equipped. Plenty of hot water and lovely showers. Spacious and elegant. Large living/dining area on first floor with great views out to the sea. Watched a beautiful sunset from the living room. Breakfast outside on the sunny balcony with great coffee from the fab coffee machine. Will definitely be returning. Highly recommend surf lessons with Marcio at the beach, walk along the coast to Watergate Bay for lunch at 15 (3 1/2 hours) and lunch in Padstow, Rick Stein's Seafood Restaurant. All in all a great stay - highly recommended.

Amazing Beachhouse in a Spectacular location.

Seaspell Beachhouse is a brand new house only 2mins walk from the exceptional Constantine Bay. Seaspell has its own access to the beach via the footpath between the edge of the house and Trevose Golf Club. The house is southwest facing and enjoys the sunset flooding in to the first floor living space on any sunny evening.

The house is the height of luxury with 3 fabulous bedroom suites as well as everything you would need for a beach holiday from beachtowels and indoor/outdoor showers to high-end coffee machines and Bluetooth music systems. The owners of Seaspell Beachhouse had thought everything to make our stay as good as it could be. If you are looking for a fantastic Cornwall experience then this is it.

A damage deposit of £500 is payable before the rental and will be returned within 14 days. Any damage to the property or contents will be chargable.

Changeover Day:
Seaspell Beach House's change over day is Saturday. Arrival time - 4.30 on the first day of letting - Departure by 10am on the last day.
