Why Penny Lake chose Constantine Bay

We've been coming down to Constantine Bay for nearly 20 years. It's the sort of place you fall in love with as soon as you see the beach and beautiful coastline. It's truly exhilarating: whether you want to sit and take it all in, get active in the sea, or go walking, play golf.

Being foodies it also has much to offer: being 1 few minutes drive from Padstow - with the brilliant Rick Stein's Seafood Restaurant, Cafe, Deli and Fish and Chips.

In addition it is the home of Cornish Golf with the wonderful Trevose Golf club right there.

So we always wanted to buy a place here. Our dream came true with the arrival of this brand new house in the Seaspell development. It's in such a good location, right next to the golf course, and with direct views to the sea, coastline and sunset.

All we needed was to fit out the new build with the sort of unique fabrics, fittings and furniture to make it super special. Seaspell Beach House is the result.

Everyone who stays gives it fantastic feedback, and it is literally one of the best places to stay in the area.

Notes on accommodation Please note - no pets allowed We ask politely that sandy shoes and kit should be left at the front door! Outside: Small front garden with outside shower ideal to wash away the sand. Sunny balcony with views of Boobys Bay on 1st floor. Lovely sun trap patio accessed from bedroom 2 via bifolding doors at the rear of the ground floor. Spacious designated off street parking for 2 cars. Utility Room: Separate utility room with washer dryer, clothes airer and plenty of drying rails. Iron and Ironing board provided. Cleaning / Towels / Linen For 2017 we include a 3 hour mid week clean in the rental fee - this includes light cleaning, bathrooms and kitchen tidy & clean. Linen and towel change available at an additional cost High quality white cotton bedlinen and fluffy towels are included (beach towels not provided)

Wonderful property in a brilliant location

Having been regular visitors to Constantine bay for many years we were delighted to find this house for rent as it is built on the same spot we stayed in an older property. The access to the beach via a footpath is a delight in itself, as the Golf course runs alongside and after a gentle climb into the dunes the glorious beach comes into view. The house itself is of the highest quality throughout. Spread over 3 floors with two en suite bedrooms on the ground floor, and the master bedroom and dressing room on the top floor.In between is lounge /Kitchen/Dining area that is the heart of the house. There is a small balcony where you can enjoy views over the golf course and out to sea. At the rear is larger seating area , perfect for eating outside. Proximity to the excellent Constantine bay stores is another welcome bonus. You can also walk straight onto the south west coastal path and within an hour or two , depending on your route, walk all the way to Trevone and have a bite to eat before the return leg. The comfort factors such as decent wifi,well equipped kitchen, and good communication from the owner all combined to make it a very enjoyable stay for our family of 6.

Fabulous stay in beautiful beach house..

Have been coming to North Cornwall at various times of the year for over twenty years. Our week in Seaspell Beach House in July was the best yet and we will be returning. The interior is fitted, furnished and presented to an extremely high standard however it is the location of Seaspell Beach House which is it's greatest attribute. It is hidden away at the top of a private driveway within 5 minutes walk of one of North Cornwall's finest beaches and enjoys outstanding Westerly views to Trevose Golf Club, sand dunes and the sea. Seaspell Beach House offers everything for a wonderful holiday for a family of five

Wonderful House , Wonderful Location. Could not ask for more .

From first arriving at Seaspell Beach House we could see it was going to be a lovely stay .

The house has everything you could possibly need and more ! Every room had it's own charm , and the interiors were marvellous. The location is so central for getting about , and such pretty local areas to explore.

En-suite in every bedroom really makes this property special , and personally one of my priorities when looking for a property to stay in was no dogs , this is not always easy to find for an allergy sufferer! Penny made the booking so easy to do , and we will be back . Cannot imagine finding any property to beat this , and the men in our party being keen golfers were in their glory ! Thank you Penny.

Seaspell Beach House

What else can I say about the house other that it was amazing...... Exterior, faultless, interior wonderful. The house is in a fantastic location close to the most amazing bay (Constantine) overlooking Trevose golf course and we had the most amazing sunsets every evening.

The house itself was stunning the main bedroom at the top of the house was unbelievable, massive bed, fantastic walk in shower and bathroom, plus a large walk in wardrobe. The other bedrooms had en-suite and we're equally stunning. The living area was the length of the property with all modern appliances and there we're balconies with tables and chairs to the front and rear of the house. You could sit and enjoy the views and watch the world go by. I would give this house a massive YES, 10/10 all day. If you are thinking of booking a stay at Constantine Bay, you won't regret staying here. Another plus point was the local shop is a short walk away and had wonderful fresh produce delivered daily, I thoroughly recommend the Crab with a nice bottle of White. Constantine Bay is centered in an area renowned for great surfing. The Trevose Golf club is an excellent course and there are many well known restaurants in Padstow and the surrounding areas.


The beach at Constantine Bay is just 6 minutes walk away. It is a beautiful beach for surfing, swimming and sunbathing. There are plenty of costal walks from the beach towards Treyarnon Bay to the south and Booby's Bay to the north.

Changeover Day:
Seaspell Beach House's change over day is Saturday. Arrival time - 4.30 on the first day of letting - Departure by 10am on the last day.
