Hi, we are Dunja and Paul.

We bought the house two years ago from a couple who used it for so many years as their main house.

After renovating and updating the property we unfortunately don´t have the time to spent long vacations here and rather like to share it with other people who love to enjoy the beauty of this country.

Why Dunja Kaufmann chose Vélez-Málaga

We bought this house together with Villa S30224 and use it as a guest house. So when you have a large family or come with friends you may want to consider to rent the two houses together.

On the large terrace surrounding house and pool you can enjoy stunning views or just sit and relax.

Pool and terrace are fully fenced so that it is very safe for small children and pets.

What makes this villa unique

Beaches and restaurants are very close by. Connections to Malaga Airport and all famous Andalusian places like Granada, Sevilla and Cordoba are easy.

This house comes with a central heating and a chimney so that it is also a perfect solution if you consider to stay over winter.

Large, beautiful and very clean beaches can be reached within walking distance (10 minute walk). Even in summertime beaches are never crowded and offer lots of opportunities for fun and all kind of water sort activities.

On the beach you find a variety of Spanish restaurants called "Cherinquitos" good for a light lunch or a sunset dinner.


Easy access to and from Malaga International Airport (just 25 minutes drive).

Bus stop 5 minutes from the house. Rental car is probably the best option as they are not expensive in Spain and give you more opportunities to explore Andalusia.


Next village is Benajarafe (walking distance), Torre del Mar (10 minutes), Old City of Malaga (20 minutes), Nerja (25 minutes), Granada (1 h), Marbella (1.5 h),

Sevilla (2 h) by car

Booking Notes:
To secure your booking, please let us have a prepayment of 30% in advance .
The rest is due 8 weeks prior to your arrival.
A deposit of € 250 is due upon your arrival (cash) which will be fully refunded upon your departure
Charges for cleaning are € 95. All other expenses are included.

Changeover Day:
in Spain the changeover day is preferably on Saturdays.

Notes on prices:
Prices are for the villa and for full weeks. In July and August minimum booking is one week.
