A smashing place to stay, nice and comfy bed also suite, plenty of room. Great location nice and quiet, easy parking for 2 cars, 5 mins walk to centre for restaurants, shops and pubs/bars etc. all in all a very relaxing place to stay. Karen the host is most efficient replying promptly to enquires

The property was great, clean and well equipped, and very comfortable. Lovely little garden for sitting out drinking tea and coffee. It was minutes from the seafront and restaurants. Good bus service to Margate and Ramsgate.

Great location, clean, well equipped

Great location, only few minute stroll to main beach, restaurants, etc, and even quicker to closer beach. Very useful to have parking on drive (for 2 cars if required). Very clean. Large lounge. Small rear yard but great for children to have the outside space. If return to broadstairs will definitely book here.

Enjoyable holiday

Easy to book , clean, modern, all that you need is there for the use during your stay , beds very comfortable. Having parking right outside on the drive made life easy. Good location, we did the meet and greet, and paid on arrive . We would recommend this accommodation to others and would return .

Home away from home.

First I have to say thank you to Karen and then to the caretakers of this property. Karen was nothing but pleasant and helpful through out the process. The same goes for the caretakers. The description of the maisonette is accurate. The furniture, amenities, and decor are modern and tasteful. Furniture is very comfortable especially the master bed. I can not speak for the twin beds. The property was very clean and tidy. The kitchen is well stocked for most cooking needs. The property is close to all the towns necessities and attractions. It was a shame to leave it truly did feel like a home away from home. I would definitely recommend this property.

Great location and great flat

This was a great place to stay - sea at the end of the road and less than 5 minute walk into Broadstairs that has great pubs and restaurants. The flat is well equipped and comfortable and had everything we needed. We would go back!

Car: not necessary

Special interest holidays:

Thanet is easily accessed by car, train and ferry. Rams gate has ferry links to France and Belguim. Historically Broadstairs include Bleak House, Dickens museum. Within the area is She'll Grotto, winter Gardens, manston Museum, Ransgate underground tunnels. Canterbury and many National trust properties are within driving distances. Thanet is the answer to any type of holiday one might want ranging from relaxation, golfing,waterspouts, shopping and more, give us a ring to answer and questions or book your holiday

Coast/Beach:

4 minute walk to Viking Bay and walks to other beautiful beaches

Travel:

Nearest station, Broadstairs, nearest Ferry Ramsgate, nearest airport Manston

Distances:

5 minute walk to broadstairs town centre
