The Apartment

The 3 bedroom apartment is designed to provide a spacious and comfortable environment whether you are on holiday or business. It can sleep up to six people with 2 double bedrooms and a further bedroom with 2 single beds all with A/C. There are 2 bathrooms, one of which is an on-suite. The apartment has a large living room and separate dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, laundry facilities, TV, WI-FI and a balcony with an amazing view of the Saronic Gulf.

Getting Around

The apartment is only 30 minutes away from the City Centre by bus or TRAM. The nearest TRAM stop is MOUSSON which is only a 3 minute walk from the apartment. The TRAM can also take you to Glyfada in 15 minutes.

Buses run in front of the apartment to the City Centre or to the port of Pireus. There is also very easy access to/from the airport with the public bus X96 which stops directly in front of the apartment. Journey time can by about 45 minutes depending on the time of day.

Spacious apartment in prime position

Great apartment for two couples in a prime location. Photos are a good representation - it is large clean and spacious. We had problems with the air-conditioning in all bedrooms but the lounge area was large enough to set up camp.

The apartment has all facilities and is a great location to visit Athens using public transport. It is on the main road so traffic noises are present but this was not a big deal for us. Communication was easy

About the area

Paleo Faliro (also known as the Athens Riviera) is ideally situated no matter what your interests and plans for your visit. Whether it is to access to the City Centre and the many historical sites, enjoy the local beaches and those of Vouliagmeni and Varkiza, or to relax in the cafes, bars and shopping in Gyfada, the apartment is perfectly located with access to all of these as well as the port of Pireus.

The local area also has a wide range of activities (bar, restaurants, café, playgrounds, summer open cinema). Paleo Faliro main centre is about 9 blocks away to the west of the apartment – Agiou Alexandrou is the main high street.

The area’s trademark is Flisvos Marina, a mega-yacht destination with a lovely boardwalk, shops, cafes and restaurants. The apartment is only 10 minutes walking distance.
