A lovely and very comfortable cottage

  • 5 of 5

We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay; the children did not want to leave and neither did we! The owners provide tea coffee milk, so you can have a brew on arrival. All the rooms are well decorated and the conservatory is comfy and relaxing by night and great for children to play / store toys etc by day. The nearby pub The Royal Yew, 1.2 miles away serves excellent beers and meals. We would definitely stay again if visiting the area. Highly recommend.

A very nice cottage

  • 5 of 5

Everything was exactly like in the pictures - nice and cosy.

We had only one single problem with the barbecue. They have one but was to small for our needs

If you improve this everything will be perfect there.

Lovely cosy & comfortable home from home

  • 4 of 5

The views are lovely including from the little window in the bedroom where you can watch the sunrise in the morning. Thanks to the comfortable conservatory you can enjoy the feeling of being in the countryside even when it’s raining. Furnishings are beautiful and everything you need is there.

Barn in workington

  • 5 of 5

Property was very clean and had everything you could possibly need. Great location private but still accessible to amenities such as shops and pubs. Directions to property were very easy to follow. We only stayed for a couple of nights but would definitely go for longer
