An exceptionally beautiful, spacious and well furnished villa set on one Binibeca's most charming and quiet residential roads, allowing for a restful nights sleep (you may even be lucky enough to hear the local nightingale sing). Enjoy meals outside on a large south facing terrace, looking out over the med and watching the yachts sail off into the distance. If you don't fancy the stroll down to the beach, then enjoy a refreshing dip in the beautiful 15 metre indoor pool accessed via the lower, south facing terrace and has huge patio doors, surrounded by bouganvilla and jasmine pillars.

A grand villa indeed

On entrance to the villa we were genuinely hit with the jaw dropping view of the pool. It gets better from there. The photographs of this villa do not do justice to the whole property. So huge, squash court, Sun deck and so on. Lovely restaurants with in walking distance and a cute beach too.

Superb spacious villa

This is a very nice, large villa - as described it has 4 double bedrooms all with ensuite, one of which is huge with roof terrace access. It's in a quiet location but still only around 10 mins walk to the restaurants and beach of Binibequer - however we spent most of our time on the terrace which has access to the large indoor pool - a refreshing dip during our visit in August. We are a family of 5 (3 teenage kids) and it was perfect for us, we had a rental car for the whole week, but you could get away with having one for just a couple of days in order to do an initial supermarket shop and visit the island.

Fantastic place!!!

Wow! What a lovely place. Where to start? The villa was just as described - big, yet comfortable. All the bedrooms were a good size and the living / dining area was very spacious and nicely furnished. Generally, the facilities are excellent and everything was very clean and looked well cared for. The indoor pool was a great size - again very clean without that overwhelming smell of chlorine you get in some swimming pools. It was also a bonus to be able to lock the door down to the pool area to stop the little one from getting into the pool without our knowledge.

The views were fantastic from the main terrace and a great place to just sit and relax. Most days we had our breakfast on the terrace and it felt like a million miles from the stress and noise of London. I wish we were still there.

We'd hired a car and it was literally a couple of minutes to Binibeca beach (v pretty with it's little hut where you can buy drinks) and the local mini (very) supermarket. Would we go again? Yes, definitely.

Binibeca, characterised by it pretty white washed villas covered in bright bounganvillas is perfect for a quieter, relaxing holiday. The white, sandy, gently shelving beach is ideal for families with small children. Sun loungers and pedaloes are now both available for hire and the beach bar set on rocks just to the side of the beach is ideal for snacks and drinks. Sipping an ice cold drink whilst watching the sun set as the waves lap on the beach has to be one of the best ways to relax.


Mahon airport is a 20 minute drive away and taxis are plentiful. Car hire is recommended for shopping/sightseeing trips but not essential as between May and October there is a regular bus service to and from Mahon with connections

to other parts of Menorca.


A small supermarket (10 mins walk), several restaurants (10-15 mins. walk) and a bus stop are located nearby. Banks, a petrol station, a large supermarket and a wide range of shops, bars and restaurants can be found in

San Luis (8-10 mins. by car).

The supermarkets in San Luis and the nearby village of S'Ullestra are well stocked - you can even get Cravendale milke there!
