Comfortable and well equipped one bedroomed, first floor apartment with stunning sea views over Torbay from both lounge and bedroom. Ideal location close to beach and access onto South West Coastal path. Comprising of hall, bathroom, double bedroom, open plan kitchen/lounge/dining area and balcony, with lift, allocated private parking and free wifi. Decorated and furnished to a high standard with a coastal theme this relaxing apartment is available all year round and great for weekend breaks and holidays alike. The apartment is non-smoking and unfortunately NO PETS or children are allowed. Electricity, towels and bedding are included. The town centre is a gentle 10 mins stroll along the seafront and Torquay and Brixham are both easily accessible. There is so much to see and do - take the steam train from Paignton down to Dartmouth and then the river cruise up to Totnes before returning on the bus. Visit Dartmoor, Plymouth and Exeter, local beaches and secluded coves. For the more energetic there is cycling, sailing, walking, golf and horse-riding. Try many excellent restaurants that serve local produce and same day caught fish.

About the Owner

We moved down to South Devon last year after spending many holidays in the west country. Now living and working on the coast and loving all that this area has to offer.

We like our guests to be independent but are always on hand to help with advice and guidance if need be. We have stayed in many properties over the years and like to think we offer thoughtful accommodation with everything to make your stay just right. The only thing we cannot control is the weather!

We stayed in Belvedere Court a few years ago and loved its location. There is so much to see and do in the area. We liked the fact that you were close to everything but still able to relax and unwind.

Nearest Airport : Exeter at 27 Miles Nearest Ferry : Torquay to Brixham at 2 Miles Nearest Train : Paignton at 0.75 Miles Nearest Beach : Preston Sands at 50 Metres Car: recommended


Preston Sands is 50 yards from the apartment. Many other excellent beaches within easy walking and driving as well as secluded coves along the South West Coastal path.


Exeter Airport is 27 miles away and nearest station within a mile. Good bus links locally so car not essential but recommended to enjoy all that the area has to offer. Airport/Station pick-ups can be arranged.


Easy access to Torquay (2 miles), Brixham (5 miles) and Totnes (6 miles), Newton Abbot (9 miles) Exeter (24 miles) and Plymouth (30 miles). Dartmoor within half hour drive. North Devon Coast and Cornwall within one and a half hours.

Further Details:

Paignton town centre has all the usual shops, banks, railway station, library and post office and near by Torquay has larger selection of shops and excellent restaurants.
