Great size and location.

We took three kids (7rs, 5 yrs and 9 months). There was plenty of room, location was great 5 minutes to the shops of Windermere and right on the main road for easy access to other areas.

Will definitely use again.

Great access to the Lakes

Had a very enjoyable stay in Windermere thanks to Jane & Darren. The pictures are accurate and it seems to have been renovated recently. The flat was clean and quiet. It is easily accessible from the main road and has parking (would be tight for a big car) round the back. Jane was very prompt at replying to any queries and provided the necessary info in plenty of time for our stay. Payment via bank transfer was quick and straightforward and the deposit was returned immediately after a quick check from the cleaner.

It provides great access to Ambleside (5-10 min drive ) and further into the Lakes and is walking distance to Windermere bars/restaurants, Windermere rail station, supermarkets and even Bowness (20 min walk).

Would definitely recommend this to a friend / come back here myself!
