Lovely 2 bedroom apartment with garage and communial pool, balcony and rooftop solarium with bbq area all with sea views. Full air con, wifi, UK satellite TV. Alarmed, freshly decorated, fully equipped with double sofa bed to accommodate up to 6 people. Ideally located for the beach, golf, shops, bars and restaurants. 5 mins from the stunning beaches, La Zenia boulevard shopping centre, golf courses, activities and more restaurants and bars than you can imagine. But located in a quiet zone away from the hustle and bustle. Great for family's, golfers, couples. A really lovely place to enjoy your hard earnt holiday.

Why Nathan Coates chose Alicante Province and Costa Blanca

The area has everything you need, great beaches, climate and easy quick access from UK airports to either Murcia or Alicante airports.The apartment is close by to all there is to offer but retained its peacefulness which we love. Our apartment is available all year round. Great for summer beach holidays, winter sun holidays, and perfect for Golfers looking to play a variety of courses within a short distance. We have four top class courses within 10minutes drive. Las Ramblas, Real Campoamor and Villamartin are all a mere 5 minutes drive, Las Colinas is 10minutes. Golfing climate is ideal between September and May..hotter in June,July and August but still playable early bird and twilight hours. Club hire, discounted green fees and everything golf is on your doorstep. Our apartment is family friendly, we can cater for small children, supply cots, high chairs etc on request. You can relax on the balcony, or on the roof terrace with great views to the coast, there's a bbq area for rooftop Al fresco dining, with ample tables and seating. It's a great place to be, the area has so many things to do. The blue flag beaches are all great in their own way. Our personal favourite is the Campoamor (la Glea) beach. Park, step on the sandy beach, grab a cold drink, a sun lounger and enjoy.Theres banana boat rides, pedalos,jet ski hire,paragliding, and a whole lot more. A little further south is the Mar Menor(lLo Pagan) with its warm, calm waters and the famous salt lagoons where you can bathe and float, gather some mud and give yourself a detoxifying mud bath. Good for all skin and joint ailments. Enjoy the many beachside cafes/restaurants day or night, so relaxing. Further north along the coast you have Torrevieja with its long promenade, marinas, street market for all your holiday souvenirs. Open til late night. Large fun fair is on the entrance to the Marinas. Fun for all. La Zenia Boulveard just five minutes away offers excellent shopping, bars, cafes, supermarkets..superb.

What makes this apartment unique

The property is in a peaceful cul de sac away from the main rd. Also being a top floor end apartment it feels spacious and has great views to the coast . Ideally located to be perfectly placed to get to all the amenities in the area. A supermarket is a 5 min walk or 2 mins in the car. There's bars, restaurants there also. The famous Cabo roig strip, Villamartin plaza, la Fuente Commercial Centre are all a 5 minute drive. You are among the finest golf courses on the Costa Blanca. Several blue flag beaches are on the doorstep,all with sandy beaches and clear blue waters. Renting a car is not essential but we would recommend it for the more adventurous. But if relaxing by the pool with a book a stroll to the local bars and the occasional beach day by bus is more your bag then let us know and we can arrange to collect you from either Murcia or Alicante airport. Let us know what your specific holiday requirements are and we can help you to arrange any trips, tours, activities for kids. Horse riding, go carts, water sports, water parks, zoo's etc. Or adult trips by coach for day trips, shows, city tours etc. If it's golf then let us arrange your discounted green fees, buggy hire, club hire, transport etc. If there's anything you need us to help you with then we are always happy to assist you. It's your holiday and we are committed to make sure you have the best time. We loved living there as it was our first Spanish home and we want you to enjoy it too. We are always there to meet you personally, stay with you until you are settled in, we are happy to show you around the local area, it's not just keys in the hand and go. If it's your first time in the area a quick tour around is vital so you know where the bank, medical centre, pharmacy, shops, bars, restaurants and beaches are. 5 minute drive to Campoamor beach with free easy access parking, a blue flag beach which has beautiful sand leading to crystal blue water, very safe and cleaned daily. There is a beach bar and restaurants on the waterfront. A great way to spend your days. La Zenia, mil palmeras, playa Flamenca, cabo Roig are all within a few minutes drive.


Alicante airport is a 40 minute drive and Murcia san Javier is 20 minutes. car hire is available from both airports or we can arrange a car hire company that will collect you from the airport in your hire car and take you to the apartment and return you back to the airport at the end of your stay. We can also arrange to collect you if you do not require a car.


Supermarket, bars , restaurants and cafes are about a 3 to 5 minute walk. The famous cabo Roig strip with its host of bars, restaurants and clubs are a five minute drive, as are La Fuente and Villa Martin Plaza. Also 5 minutes away is the fantastic La zenia boulevard , one of biggest shopping centres in Spain. A great place to eat, shop and enjoy. The water park is 20 mins by car, the zoo in Elche is approx 30 minutes. There is a bus stop close by for beach and shopping hourly

There are an abundance of shops, bars, restaurants and beaches all close at hand. This is a pharmacy close by for all your needs, from sun cream, tablets, etc. There is a drive in window and they are open every day, as are the shopping centre at La zenia being open 7 days a week. There are ample banks and ATM machines available 24 hrs a day. The area has everything you could possibly wish for, from blue flag beaches, some of the best in spain, excellent golf on beautiful courses, bars of all description. Restaurants from English, Chinese, Spanish , Indian, Italian, French, the list goes on.. Supermarkets are plentiful for all your needs. UK brands are available also. There are water parks, zoos and play areas for the kids to enjoy. superb road networks from airports and towns, getting around is easy and fun. 24 hr taxi service is available at good prices. There are all your favourite fast food franchises, Mc Donalds, kfc, Burger King. Great fish n chips, Sunday roasts, and takeaway services all around..
