The villa is situated in a quiet residential area of Dalyan. It is not directly overlooked which gives a feeling of space and has lovely views of the mountains. An area of shade was incorporated into the villa design to within 4-5 feet of the house walls, this ensures that it stays relatively cool inside during the heat of the day and a roofed over terrace has been created to give extra shade and create an area to relax in during those very rare summer showers. A marble staircase leads to the 1st floor. The nearest large supermarket is about five minutes’ walk and stocks most provisions. The town centre and river are a leisurely 10minute stroll from there. The dolmus (buses) run every 15-20 minutes and stop by request on the corner just past the supermarket.
