This brand new luxury apartment is on the 2nd floor and is easily accessible via a lift making it easy for luggage/golf equipment, located on the back 9 of the Coto Real golf course, 1 km from the beach and marina, approximately 3 minutes in a car or taxi, this apartment has been finished to the highest of standards with bespoke furniture and very high quality soft furnishings. Each bedroom has 42" Samsung HD flat screens with a 55" Samsung HD flat screen in the spacious and comfortable lounge area. All English channels including Sky Sports, Super fast WiFi is throughout the apartment including on the large furnished terrace which boosts panoramic sea views. Secure underground Parking space included, gated security with 24h security guard.

About Brenda Howard

My husband and I are Interior Designers based in Alderley Edge in the heart of Cheshire. We first visited Duquesa in 2002 after the birth of our last child, we have 5 children ranging from 13-27 and 3 dogs. We fell in love with Duquesa the first time we visited, as did our children who still accompany us on holidays with friends as there is something for everyone. When we bought our apartment we were offered a furniture package which was uninspirational. This is why we built all of our own furniture in our workshop in Cheshire, supplied all accessories and had them shipped over to Spain.

Absolutely Stunning Apartment!

This apartment is exactly as you see in the photographs. It is designed to the highest standards. Stunning views from the beautiful balcony. Pool area very nice. Good communication with the owner Barbara. Had a wonderful 3 week stay. Would highly recommend.

Beyond Expectations!!!

From the moment we entered this amazing apartment we were in awe of the superb decor. The apartment has every amenity and luxury one could wish for. The panoramic views from the balcony were spectacular. This has got to be one of the most relaxing holidays, and it was made extra special by our stay in this beautiful apartment. We are re-booking for next year so we are not left disappointed. Thank you so much.xx

Wonderful apartment !

Spent 4 nights in this lovely apartment in April,weather was mixed but it was great to have the comfort and little luxuries to return to. We particularly enjoyed eating our breakfast on the terrace in the sunshine ,it did lose the sun later in the day. Everything in the apartment..........furnishings, bedding and towels etc are excellent , bed and sofa really comfortable . Duquesa is a lovely little marina and a great base for visiting other places on the coast . We will definitely return!!

In addition the owners allowed us to stay in the apartment until we left for our evening flight, which was very much appreciated, Thankyou .

Relaxing luxurious stay!

When we arrived we were floored by the beautiful interior of the apartment, and by how well set up it was for guests. The complex has plenty of pools to choose from and we were able to get around to visit the local areas with ease. Although it is a 20 min walk down to the beach/ harbour, the taxi service is both cheap and fast. I would highly recommend and would visit again!

1 km from the beautiful white sands of Duquesa beech. approximately 3 minutes in a car or taxi, about 20 minutes walking.


Malaga airport is located to the North, approx 1 hour by car, Gibraltar airport is located to the south approx 25 mins by car. car hire is recommended however there is a taxi rank in the marina, there are numbers in the apartment you can ring for them to pick you up and they will be there in a few minutes.

Further Details:

there are lots of bars and restaurants located around the marina including 2 beach bars. there is a small supermarket in the marina as well as a souvenir shop. there are 3 large supermarkets, super sol, mercadona and lidl located in sabinillas, there are lots of banks and other shops in sabinillas which is about 1km away.

  • Notes on accommodation: Secure underground parking, gated security with security guard. apartment has a euro metre installed, this is topped up before your stay with an amount that will be more than enough to cover costs of electricity, this is just to encourage people not to leave electric and air con on all the time, e.g when not in the apartment. If you do wish to do that you can top it up using euro coins. Outside: Fully furnished large terrace with Rattan corner unit and table, Large dining table which is prefect for eating Alfresco on the warm peaceful evenings. balcony overlooks one of the 5 pools in the complex and has a great view of the med. lighting on the balcony. Utility Room: As you would expect the utility room has a brand new Washing machine, Tumble dryer, iron and ironing board. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Towels and linen are all included, apartment cleaned prior to arrival and after departure. beach towels are there if needed. Other: the apartment is newly furnished to a very high standard. has its own underground secure parking facility. 2 z beds are available if needed. hair dryer and hair straighteners are also available in the apartment.
