Centrally located in the Piscis building close to all amenities including bars, restaurants, supermarkets & shops. 10 Minutes walk to the beach or to the train station.

Benalmadena Costa is arguably of one of the most popular resort on the Costa del Sol. With it's world class marina & the cosmopolitan town of Arroyo de la Miel the resort lies 16 km south west of Malaga between the resorts of Fuengirola and Torremolinos.

We offer for holiday stays a 7th floor west facing studio apartment in the very popular Piscis building that will sleep up to 2 people. Ideally located, the apartment is west facing & benefits from afternoon sun. The Piscis building also has it's own pool & gardens shared with it's sister building "Aquario". Centrally located it is close to all amenities including bars, restaurants, supermarkets & shops. The beach is a 10 minute walk from the apartment & the Marina is a 15 minute walk. Ibensa & Bonanza Square are a 5 minute walk from the apartment. The apartment is also on a main bus route & there are stops within a 5 minute walk. The local train station, Benalmadena (A. Miel) is a 10 minute walk away.

Fabulous studio apartment with everything you need

Beautiful clean and modern studio apartment every need catered for, washing machine, TV with all channels and DVD's galore, hairdryer, fully equipped kitchen, lovely comfortable bed, the list is endless and the owner Shaun was an absolute treasure nothing was too much trouble, he was so helpful with everything. I would highly recommend.

Comfortable, clean well presented.

Great little studio, better than the images would suggest. We were just looking for somewhere to lay our head and expected a no frills room with the price but we were impressed with the overall amenities. We were met around midnight by the agent who gave us the keys, he couldn't be any more helpful. Highly recommended. Would definitely use again.

Clean well equipped self catering apartment with a lovely balcony, comfortable bed Great for couples

Really enjoyed our stay here at Shaun's apartment , one of the best holidays we've had and we have had many! There was only a couple of niggles which were not the owners fault, the swimming pool was out of order during our stay which was a shame but the beach is a walk away anyway, and somebody had a yapping dog that was a little annoying. The only thing we would recommend is an oven as we only had a microwave and gas hobs but we'd definitely recommend this studio, it's safe and we'll equipped, decent television, loads of dvds, books , 24hr friendly security and excellent local services, restaurants beach towns and a lovely port. 9/10 definitely. Great apartment, everything you need was there as stated on the Web site.

The property is in excellent condition and not far from the train station. Less than 10 minute walk to Ibenza and Bonanza squares where you will find plenty of bars and restaurants. The apartment is in an ideal location for those who don't want to venture too far.

it was everything i hoped for,lovely views from the balcony of a very clean and well furnished apartment , with access to shops resteraunts and bars

to suit evereyones taste,also great transport links,all within a very secure building with very helpful staff at reception 24 hours a day. i would not hesitate to recommend this flat to other potential clients, also the gardens and swimming pool were very well maintained.

There is a train station 10 minutes walk away from the apartment & there is a train station at Malaga airport. A one way trip currently costs €2.10 per person.

A taxi costs around €25.

The apartment is centrally located within a 10 minute walk to the beach & a 10 minute walk to Arroyo de la Miel train station. You will also find Parque de la Paloma within a 10 minute walk. Ibensa or Bonanza Square are a 5 minute walk, the Marina is a 15 minute walk.
