Lovely quiet apartment with amazing sea and mountain views. Centrally located in a private complex, within walking distance of main promenade with Restaurant, Bars & Shops and the beach with miles of walkways and cycleways. Fully equipped apartment with all the comforts of home, including 2 spacious bedrooms, TV with English and Irish Channels, Wifi, Washing Machine and Kitchen equipment. Double balcony, bar-b-q, beach chairs. Large Spar at end of street. There is also a Lidl in Puerto Del Carmen, about 3 mins by taxi or 20 mins walk from the apartment (situated on Calle Juan Carlos).

We love holidaying in Puerto Del Carmen. We try to visit with our two young daughters as much as possible. The all year sunshine and the views from this apartment encouraged us to buy.

We really enjoyed our time in this apartment, it worked out well for the family. The water was off during some of the days but this was due to works on the street which were completed before we left - it wasn't too much of an issue.

We loved the apartment - plenty of room, and a double balcony (and a 'front balcony'!).

The breeze through the apartment was great at keeping the temperature down. We would definitely enquire about this apartment again, and will be recommending if to family & friends.

Lovely apartment in a great location

Just spent a week in this great apartment which had everything we needed for our holiday. It is 5 mins walk to the main strip where there are lots of bars and restaurants and a Spar supermarket just 2 mins away which stocks everything needed for a self catering holiday. The balcony has plenty room for sunbathing and the view is amazing. The complex is very quiet and we felt very secure in the apartment. Paul, the owner, was easy to deal with and answered our questions quickly. We would definitely recommend this apartment and would love to stay here again in the future.

Lovely sea view and sun all day

We spent two weeks in this apartment. It met all of our needs. The owner Paul was easy to deal with and very helpful. The apartment itself had a lovely view of the sea from the balcony and even from inside the lounge. The balcony was spacious and had sun for most of the day. Another benefit was that it was sheltered from the breezes. The bedrooms were spacious with plenty of storage space. Also the apartment was cleaned and had the bedding and towels changed after one week. There was a washing machine so the towels could be laundered whenever you felt the need. A nice touch was the gift of bottled water and wine on arrival. The complex itself was secure with a key entry to the complex and a lock box to the apartment. A rental that we hope to return to in the future.

Excellent appartment - Close to beach, shops, bars and restaurants.

Delighted to have been recommended this fantastic apartment by friends.

The bright and airy apartment is located in a ideal spot with great views all around.

Kept to a very high standard, tastefully decorated and spotless.

Ideal for a group of friends or a family, it contains everything needed to dine in or BBQ on the large balcony - a real sun trap at all times of the day.

Loads of books & magazines available, also buckets & spades for children's trips to the beach, Downstairs there are plenty of sun lounges by the complex pool.

There is an abundance of great restaurant and bars within a few minutes walk and a large spar down the street with a great deli and delicious bakery section.

The beach and promenade are within a few minutes walk.

Only 15 minutes from the airport, great directions and welcome pack provided our visit. We will are already planning a return visit in 2018.

Great Location Apartment OK

Paul was very helpful and answered all our queries quickly and was helpful when we mislaid the key ( we found it before we arrived ) The complex is a we bit run down and could do with a good clean and painting. The apartment was OK not the best I have stayed in but not the worst, the terrace has loose tiles and could do with a good clean, the WI FI was excellent. All in all it was all just OK but we would not return it was just not for us

Good family apartment

This apartment is well equipped and well maintained. It is well located with a 5 minute walk to the promenade and close to bus and taxi ranks. Spar shop just around the corner which is well stocked and reasonable. Apartment has double sized balcony with nice views. WIFI is a good service . The complex is quiet with a nice large pool and play area and paddling pool for the kids.
