In the popular area of Playa Flamenca, just south of Torrevieja on The Costa Blanca. The Complex is very clean, well looked after with a large communal pool. The ground floor apartment has a large and very pleasant front terrace adorned with lovely plants. The inside is spacious with a large lounge area, modern kitchen with all facilities, two double bedrooms, lots of wardrobe and storage space. There is hot or cold air conditioning and each room has flat wall heaters for winter visitors.

Nearby there are several sandy beaches, there is the fantastic La Zenia shopping boulevard and the great Saturday market is just 3 minutes walk around the corner. There's a sports centre within 2 minutes walking distance, many restaurants including the main strip at Playa Flamenca and La Zenia.

Within 3 minutes walk is a sports centre with many facilities including tennis couts. Also within a short drive there is a great go-cart track, the aqua park near Torrevieja and a scuba diving centre.

Apartment in a great location near to supermarkets,shops,beaches and bars.

Property is very well maintained and provides all you need. We spent 4 fantastic weeks enjoying finding new places to visit then coming back to the property and relaxing in the lovely garden, O I forgot one thing weather was perfect but don't forget to water the beautiful plants.

An excellent well equipped apartment on a lovely complex.

The apartment is a good size with plenty of storage & very well equipped. The furniture & furnishings are all very new, modern & most importantly comfortable. The large terrace was partly covered & was an absolute godsend as we had a heatwave . Short walk to the lovely pool area & a minute or so further to 3 bars, a taxi rank & a little shop. Of the 3 bars we liked Cafeteria Concierto the best & would highly recommend whether for food or just a drink. Within 15 - 20 minutes you can walk to La Zenia Boulevard or CC Flamenca Beach. Highly recommend Spud Murphy's at the latter for the biggest portion of fish & chips I've ever had! We also got a bus to Torrevieja from outside La Zenia Boulevard. The complex was very friendly & it was a home from home. Highly recommended.

Lovely Apartment fully equipped with all you need

We had a lovely week. The apartment was very clean equipped with all you need. We felt very secure with the gates etc. Lovely sun terrace so you can sit out and enjoy the sun. Great swimming pool on site. Fantastic market just found the corner on a Saturday. Just outside the complex are 3 bars that serve food and a mini supermarket so you can buy your essentials. If you love shopping the is a large shopping mall with lots of designer shops about a mile away and over the road from there we can recommend the Irish Bar who serve lovely food. Lots of great beaches all nearby.

Yes we had a good time and we have no hesitation in recommending this apartment.

We had a lovely week at Playa Flamenca. Although we had not hired a car, we still managed to get about. Just outside the complex are 3 Bars all serving food and a small supermarket to buy essentials. The beaches are about half hour walk away and are lovely there are lots of bars around. On the Saturday we arrived there was a street market on just 5 mins from the apartment . We walked in the opposite direction and found the Shopping Mall, that was a real experience with loads and loads of shops plus live music a great day out, then just over the road we can recommend the Irish Bar lovely food etc.

We would have no hesitation in recommending a stay here, and will definitely go again .

We love this part of Spain with it's great climate and friendly easy-going . We have been renting out the apartment 2 years now. So far everyone has loved it and all the reviews are genuine ( even though I also think they look too good to be true! 😊) This coast has everything - great sandy beaches, restaurants and bars, the best shopping Mall in Southern Spain just minutes away, fantastic golf courses minutes away, a great water park, go-carting, and plenty of drives into the mountains if you have a car.

Nearest Airport : Murcia at 15 Miles Nearest Barpub : Many nearby Nearest Golf : 4 courses very near at 1 Miles Nearest Motorway : AP-7 at 0.1 Miles Nearest Restaurant : Many nearby Nearest Beach : Playa Flamenca or La Zenia at 1 Miles Car: not necessary

Coast/Beach:

Nearest Beach is Playa Flamence beach. Fine sand, clear warm water, rock features and beach bar with drinks and tapas, a 20 minute walk, 10 mins by bicycle (local hire available) or 5 mins by car.

5 mins extra walking is the larger La Zenia beach with water fun facilities, beach volleyball and beach bar.

Along the coast in either direction are many beaches including the mile long Campoamor beach just 15 minutes drive away,

Travel:

Closest airport is Murcia, just 25 minutes drive away or Alicante - 45 minutes drive.

Airport pick-up and return can be arranged for a very reasonable fee.

Distances:

Nearest towns are Playa Flamenca, La Zenia and Cabo Roig. They have everything you could need, such as large supermarkets, banks, shops, restaurants and bars. Nearby is the larger town of Torrevieja with it's large harbour, unique seafront and many shops, restaurants and bars, only 15- 20 mins drive north along the coast.

Further Details:

Only 8 minutes walk away is the largest Shopping Mall in southern Spain, the La Zenia Boulevard. Many famous brand-shops and large stores, Outside cafes and you can enjoy the cooling mists that are ejected from side-walls continuously in the hotter months. A never-ending selection of restaurants to suit all tastes are spread all over the area, but especially the coast road through Playa Flamenca and La Zenia and Cabo Roig. There are several large supermarkets very close by and also LIDL is 5 mins drive away.

Notes:

  • Notes on accommodation: Keys will be provided for the apartment itself - front door and front door safety gate, the gate to the complex and a fob for the car entrance gate. We would appreciate that our guests please water the plants in the front terrace at least once, twice during hot summer months. (a hose is connected). Also please do not leave the A/C on whilst out during the day. Please treat the place as though it were your own i.e: sandy feet or shoes up on the sofa, beds, that sort of thing. Outside: Outside there is a very spacious terrace with lovely plants, a picnic table and chairs and shaded porch area if the sun is too strong. Utility Room: Adjoining kitchen, new washing machine, iron and ironing board, shelf space, cleaning equipment.
