Large beach front property with panoramic views from the bay window and balcony. Formerly the Manor House, Chy an Porth located in an elevated position along The Terrace.
The balcony is off the master bedroom which has an en suite bathroom, window seat and fabulous views of the sea.
The property has high specification fixtures and fittings and is perfect for couples and families at any time of the year. Portminster View offers guests access to a swimming pool and gym of the nearby hotel spa which is located two minutes from the door.
Children and spa treatments will be an additional cost. You will also have 20% off food and drinks in the terrace bar, restaurant & spa.
Whilst there is an on site parking space included, there is good access to the train station and bus service nearby.

Fabulous half term break

Perfect family holiday home, fabulous views and a beautiful, well equipped beach down a steep path / steps directly opposite property. Quite easy walk into town too. The property had everything and more to be able to enjoy a lovely few days in the sun.

Lovely early Spring Break

Beautifully clean and modernised apartment with splendid views overlooking St Ives Bay. Particularly well furnished with all you could want for a holiday provided for you.We were very appreciative of the easy to operate heating system which was very welcome given the largely inclement weather we had.

Lovely stay in high quality apartment

The apartment has been furnished and decorated with thought and care and to a high specification. Lovely light, spacious accommodation, spotlessly clean. Stunning view. Just a few minutes walk to the town/harbour and beaches, a few more minutes walking back up the hill though! Will certainly look to return and will recommend to others.

We are a couple with four wonderful grown up children and three adorable grandchildren. Dave has been visiting St.Ives for holidays for over 50 years, he knows the area well.
Liz studied hospitality management, has enjoyed a long career in the industry and achieved a number of prestigious awards.
We love it when our guests enjoy their holiday at Porthminster View as much as we do!

It has amazing views, is perfectly located, a short walk to the beach and has the benefits of a new modern property with the character of a historic granite building.
There is off road parking in front of the property which makes it very convenient for guests.

Porthminster View is spacious and guests benefit from parking in front of the property, membership to the gym, pool and spa at the Harbour Hotel which is 2 minutes walk from the door.
We have hosted hundreds of guests since 2015 who have rated their holiday 5* for the location, views and facilities.
A cot available and sofa bed in the master bedroom.
A selection of books, games, DVD's, buckets, spades, bats and balls are available as well as a wind break and picnic basket enabling you to travel light!
