Apartment in La Duquesa, Costa del Sol, Spain - 15 Mins Walk To Marina And Beach

The apartment is located in the resort of Coto Real just a few minutes from La Duquesa Marina and beaches at Duquesa and Sabinillas. It is a raised ground floor apartment, ideally suited to couples and families with children. It is fully air conditioned/heated and has marble floors throughout. It has 2 bedrooms, one double with direct access to the terrace and en-suite bathroom and one twin. We provide linen, towels & beach towels. The beautifully furnished lounge & dining room has satellite TV, & FREE Wi-Fi and direct access to the terrace. The kitchen is fully fitted and well equipped for all the great meals you might want to prepare. It also includes a dishwasher and a washing machine. Outside there is a large terrace ideal for 'al fresco' dining with direct access to the garden and pool area. There is secure underground parking. 1 hr drive from Malaga airport. Puerto de la Duquesa is a charming marina surrounded by family friendly bars and restaurants. Estepona and Sotogrande are only a 10 min drive away. Sabinillas is the closest beach.

A lovely holiday!

We really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful apartment! We are a family with 3 kids, and each of us had a wonderful time. There is more dan enough space for our family in the apartment and it was very clean when we arrived. There are 2 nice bathrooms, each with a bath, and one of those is a hot tub, what a nice surprise! In the fully equipped kitchen, we found everything we needed. Every morning we could enjoy breakfast on the terrace. We stayed in La Duquesa during Eastern holiday, in april, which was a very quiet period. The wheather was glorious, so we could enjoy some wonderful days at the beach with our children. It was a relaxing holiday, definitely worth repeating!

Fabulous holiday

Very clean and well equipped apartment (I like to cook and I couldn't fault the kitchen), a sizeable and clean pool with well maintained gardens, a terrace with a great view - it all contributed to a holiday we utterly enjoyed. There is a walk to the marina (especially coming back after a meal there), but we found that to be a minor inconvenience compared to all the positives. As a keen cyclist, I went East and West along the coast and inland (some hills!) and enjoyed it tremendously. Further, for little excursions: 10 minutes either way from Estepona and Sotogrande Marina, very well located. Dealing with the owner and their local agent Steve was a pleasure: very helpful, friendly and professional. An excellent experience, highly recommended. We will most certainly return.

Located in Duquesa in the gated resort of Coto Real. A few minutes away from the marina and unspoilt beaches. There is a great selection of bars and restaurants on offer. Being on the Costa del Golf we are beside La Duquesa Golf & Country Club with another 40 excellent courses along the Costa. Estepona, Casares, Benehavis, Ronda, Puerto Banus, Marbella, Sotogrande are just a short drive. Selwo Park and Water parks are a great place for children big and small! .

Watersports including sailing, jet skis, boat hire and Banana boats are available.

For those wishing to hit the Golf course, there is a large variety to choose from. The closest are La Duquesa, Valderrama, Sotogrande, San Roque Club, Alcaidesa and Estepona.

Guest should vacate the apartment by 10.am on the day of departure and on arrival it is available from 4 pm If we can be flexible we will so do ask if you need a late check out etc.

With many interesting places to visit in this beautiful area, it is advisable to have your own transportation. Car hire is available at reasonable prices all through the year.
