Apartment in Burriana Beach, Nerja, Costa del Sol, Spain - Newly Renovated Apartment Overlooks The Sea. Just 4 Minutes Walk To Beach, Close To Amenities

This newly refurbished 2 bedroom apartment with beautiful pool is located in the very popular area of Burriana Beach and very close to Nerja town. The apartment offers guests comfort and style with the beach, bars and restaurants just a few minutes walk away.

The pool area is maintained to the highest standards and is usually very quiet as only 6 properties are allowed to use it. The pool is open April - October and is equipped with sun loungers and umbrellas.

Air conditioned with wifi all included in the price, the apartment has flat screen TV and is well equipped with everything couples and families need for a holiday or break away.

Please note - NO smoking allowed anywhere in the apartment or on the terrace.

There are several sets of steps around our small urbanization.

Bookings for 2018 now being taken...high summer season changeover day is Saturday.

The property is owned by a family who have spent the last 15 years taking self catering holidays both in Europe and the US. Over that time we have returned to Nerja with our 2 daughters because we have found it ideal for a family holiday. We finally bought our "little piece of Spain" in October 2014 and have since refurbished it and hope you can enjoy it too.

We chose this apartment in Nerja because we like to be close to restaurants and bars as well as the beach. It means a car is not necessary as everything so close by. If you go to the beach and find you've forgotten something you can pop back easily to get it. The pool is at the back of the apartment, just a few steps away it is lovely and peaceful and enjoys sunshine all day.

The terrace is 12m sq and faces south east out to the sea. It is a really sheltered, sunny position and is a lovely spot to relax with a drink at any time of day.

We love to walk out in the evening and this location means you can stroll in to Nerja or just go down to Burriana without having a long way to go.

What makes this apartment unique

This is a fabulous location in a beautiful, traditional Spanish town which has not been spoiled as many resorts have.

Outside: Relax and sunbathe on the terrace where table and chairs are provided. The terrace is sheltered from the wind and looks down to the Burriana area and offers access to the restaurants, beach and all the activities, these are just a few minutes away. The swimming pool is just at the back of the apartment. The pool area is maintained to the highest standards and is usually very quiet as only 6 properties are allowed to use it. The pool is open April - October and is equipped with sun loungers and umbrellas. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Towels and bed linen are included in the cost of your stay. Additional cleaning/laundry is chargeable if requested. Other: The lounge doors lead onto the outside terrace area.

Lovely well situated apartment

We really enjoyed our stay at this lovely apartment.It is well situated a few minutes walk to the beach and a leisurely stroll in to Nerje town with its bars and restaurants. There are plenty of bars and restaurants nearby which are really good. We will definitely return .

fantastic villa in the most perfect location.

Our family had a fabulous stay here. The villa was clean with a lovely feel to it. fabulous shower. Everything we needed was present. We especially loved our welcome pack so thoughtful. The only improvement could be a larger fridge/freezer. The location is beautiful so near to the beach and Nerja Centre. Lovely shops and restaurants. Perfect also to explore the area. The pool was lovely and despite this probably being the busiest time to visits we often had it to ourselves. A great holiday thank you!

Clean, comfortable, central apartment

The property is exactly as it looks on the website. Beds are really comfy and the balcony is great for chilling in the evening. It is really well located for the beach which is a busy social place. The apartments itself though is quiet and although there are other apartments round about it felt like a private space. The pool is great for a dip on a hot day.

Nerja is a lovely town and the Balcon De Europa and old centre can be easily accessed by foot from the apartment. We did not hire a car and managed fine either walking or using the local buses.

The only two things that would make this place even better would be if there was a fridge freezer provided. The fridge is tiny and there is no freezer. As a fair skinned Scottish person I would also have liked more shade at the pool area as it is in full sun for most of the day.

We thoroughly enjoyed our week in Nerja and the apartment was comfortable and homely.

The apartment is all the website says. Clean modern well looked after. Wonderful views and close to all amenities. Old town a leisurely 20 mins stroll. Deffo go back.

Excellent 2 bed apartment

A good sized 2 bedroomed apartment which is all on one level and just a 5 minute walk uphill from Burriana Beach and only 10-15 mins walk into Nerja.

As advertised, the apartment was very well maintained, modern and spotlessly clean and had everything you would require for a holiday stay.

Both the apartment and pool area was lovely and quiet.

I found Gill the owner to be prompt and professional with all information required for our stay and would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic apartment

Just returned from a fantastic stay at Gill's apartment. It had everything you could possibly want and then some. It is in a wonderful location, close to Burriana beach and the views from the balcony are lovely. There are a good few steps but this was not a problem for us. We went to the pool most mornings and had it to ourselves which was a bonus! Close to lots of great restaurants and a short walk from the centre of Nerja and the Balcon de Europa.

Gill organised transfers from the airport and back which took the stress out of that and her agent supplied on request a welcome pack with all the basics required, including wine so did not have to go shopping straight away.

We found it a very relaxing holiday and would love to go back some time in the future.

Horse Riding - an ideal, relaxing way to see the beautiful Andalucían countryside and the various riding stables cater for all levels, from beginner to advanced.

Buggy Tours and Jeep tours are a great family adventure.


Burriana beach is just a few minutes walk and is a large, sandy beach, Nerja’s premier bathing location. On the beach there are beach showers, play areas for children and beach volleyball nets and in the summer season, pedalos for rental, areas of sunbeds for hire, jetski rental, Banana Boat (or similar), parasailing and kayaking. Other beaches in Nerja (Calahonda, Carabeo Torrecilla ) are also easily accessible.


We are 45 minutes drive along the Mediterranean Coastal motorway from Malaga Airport, under an hour to Granada, Malaga is 15 minutes from the airport. Taxi transfers are available.


The picturesque hillside ‘white village’ of Frigiliana is just ten minutes away by car or 15 minutes by bus and is well worth a visit.

La Herradura is a small beach resort – the beach is horseshoe-shaped, hence the name of the town – and is also lovely to visit. There are some very good restaurants and beach chiringuitos. Nearby is the picturesque Marina del Este.

Booking Notes:
Confirm booking by e-mail with a non refundable deposit of 25% to secure the property for your dates. Balance payable eight weeks before arrival. A security deposit of £200 is required at balance stage and this is refunded within 2 weeks of your return.

Late departure/early arrival is subject to availability and only with written agreement. There is an additional charge of £30.

To conform with the recent (Feb 2016) Government of Andalucia Holiday Rental decree, scans of the photo page of guests' passports are a requirement of booking.
