Finchfield is a Friday to Friday changeover. Finchfield is a light and spacious comfortable non smoking detached house in the quiet village of new hedges,with gas fired central heating,WiFi,private gardens to front and rear with patio area,garage and off road parking to the side of the property for up to 3 cars.Equipped with dishwasher,tumble dryer,washing machine,high chair,travel cot as well as i-pod docking stations and upstairs kid's TV room including assorted DVD's,children's games toys and books. Located within the Pembrokeshire National Park between the coastal resorts of Tenby and Saundersfoot. Also on the main bus route to all main towns. Ideal base for exploring Pembrokeshire whether it be for beach days,walking the coastal path,golfing,fishing or just relaxing. Village amenities include mini-market/off license,post office,cash machine 2 family pub/restaurants and a children's play park situated at the village hall.

I own finchfield with my husband.

We live just outside the village where finchfield is situated and this is my job after giving up my job as a nursery school assistant. I also caretake for a property nearby which I have done for over 20 years.

Finchfield is a lovely house with a family feel to it. We have done our best to cater for families as well as couples. It's a great location for exploring pembrokeshire and the beautiful beaches or for just kicking back and relaxing in the garden watching the birds.

Great wildlife in and out of the garden on the bus route 10 mins walk to Waterwynch bay a beautiful beach with stunning cliffs sea birds and views of Tenby at low tide.comes with children's snug equipped with books toys and TV/DVD and a selection of dvds for all ages.

Superb place to stay

If you are wanting to visit this area you are unlikely to find a better place to stay than this property. The property comfortably sleeps 6 adults, is nicely furnished,has a lovely garden and perfectly situated between Tenby and Saundersfoot. The owner left us fresh eggs and milk which was a nice touch.

Would happily return for longer stay next time.

Home from Home

It was a lovely and comfortable house for 4 adults and 2 children . It ticked all the boxes .Children really enjoyed their stay in the playroom and the toy area . We were welcomed with fresh farm eggs and Welsh cakes, which was really nice touch . Children's park next to the house is also great for families . Overall , enjoyed the stay and will be definitely return back.

Great family vacation

We visited Finchfield in October 2016 with our two young children. Contacting the owner and arranging access to the house was easy and simple. The location was a great base to explore the lovely coastal walks of Pembrokeshire. The house is perfect for a family stay, being well equipped with everything you need, as well as a great selection of books, dvds and toys for young children for days when we stayed in. I would highly recommend this vacation rental to anyone arranging a family holiday in the area.

Lovely homely house with secluded garden to sit and watch the birds.

This is our second stay at Finchfield and not disappointed. Still very clean and homely with everything you need for a comfy stay. Really good walk- in powerful shower and cosy lounge over looking a lovely private garden. Very centrally located to visit many attractions and beaches. short walk to coastal path. Would recommend to all.
