In Trearddur Bay . A delightful, spacious detached property with lovely sea views, close to the popular sandy beach of Trearddur Bay on the Isle of Anglesey. This Trearddur Bay cottage offers a stylish upside down accommodation with wonderful sea views.Three ground floor bedrooms, bedroom 1 is a double with en-suite, bedroom 2 has a double bed and a single bed in it and bedroom 3 contains a bunk bed. The set up is ideal for families with 2-3 children who are holidaying with grandparents.Upstairs there is a kitchen with dining area with an extendable table and enough chairs for visiting friends. There is a large sitting room with attractive beams, wood burner and a balcony with spectacular sea views. There is parking for up to 3 cars and also enough room to park a boat The property is ideally situated with many beautiful coves only a short walk away and also the beautiful Blue Flag sandy beaches at Trearddur Bay and Porth Dafach close by.These beaches offer a variety of water sports,while horse riding, fishing, bike hire and the Anglesey Coastal path are all on the door step of this Trearddur Bay cottage. There are many surrounding areas of beauty to explore, South stack light house is close by.There are many lovely places to eat in Trearddur Bay which are a pleasant walk away,

About Belinda clarke

I used to live in Trearddur Bay as a child, many of my family still live on the island.When we moved to Yorkshire we always came back on holidays. When i got married i introduced my husband to Anglesey and he fell it love with it too. We have been coming here with our children since they were babies. My husbands sister also fell in love with the place and has been coming for years with her husband and three children. She always thanks me for introducing her to such a magical place. In fact she married her long time partner in LLangefni and we had the reception on the beach on a glorious summers day in August.

The property has been in my family for the last 20 years, We recently decided to update the property and have it as a holiday let, so that other people could enjoy it as much as we do.

What makes this house unique

We love the views across the sea especially as the sun is going down. Before we updated the property there wasn't a wood burning stove, by adding this we have made the property even more special.

Notes on accommodation: off road parking for 3 cars, and enough room to keep a boat, ground floor bedrooms, woodburner, cot ,high chair and stair gate available on request. Sorry no pets allowed, no smoking, pub/shop 1 mile. There is a retail park and various supermarkets in Holyhead Outside: Garden to the side and the rear of the property. Garden furniture which will be available in the summer. Utility Room: Washing machine, ironing board, iron, Boiler Cleaning / Towels / Linen towels and linen are available on arrival at the property, property is cleaned and linen and towels changed on a weekly basis

A very spacious 3 bedroom family house. A large dining kitchen, large living room with log burner

Perfect for a family holiday. The house is lovely with sea view from upstairs living room and fully kitted out with everything you could need , all cooking utensils, dvds, spare bedding , towels, washing machine etc books to read and info on local places to visit. Garden to the side and rear and the beach across the road ! A short walk from pubs n restaurants n local shops. We took our bikes and long flatish rides if you turn left off the drive but more challenging if you turn right. Water sports are great there. Take your own body board or kayak or canoe though just out of town you can hire them. We literally can not think of anything it is missing. We will definitely return. We went August Bank Holiday 2017 From Wakefield to Wales 3 hours . We also drove to the Zip wire challenge whilst in Wales. I would recommend you book this online before your holiday. If we go in the winter we would take head torches so we can still enjoy walks on the beach after tea ! Thanks for a great holiday!

Homely and comfortable, great living space for family with beautiful views all round

We quickly settled in and didn't want to leave. The house was perfect for the needs of varying ages from 14 year old teenage boys to 80 year old mother (stairs not too steep so manageable). Great living space for family time whether playing games together, watching a film or wanting to do our own thing, and bedrooms provided comfort and privacy when needed. Even when the weather was dull, being inside still felt like a holiday and we were able to still enjoy being by the sea due to its proximity to the coast, the light through the windows and the views.

Amazing house with fantastic views

The house is absolutely amazing. The living room and kitchen are upstairs with the bedrooms downstairs, which means you can enjoy the fantastic views overlooking the sea. It was super clean with all the facilities you need. We would definitely stay here again.

Lovely, clean, well equipped house with great views

Two minutes from a small beach and around 15 minutes walk to the main beach. Beautiful coast line. Perfect for young families or older couple wanting quiet and scenic location in very comfortable accommodation

Car: recommended

Coast/Beach:

Lovely coves a couple of minutes walk from the property (65 yards), great for rock pools. Trearddur Bay and Porth Dafach both approx 1 mile away both blue flag beaches offering a variety of water sports.

Travel:

Holyhead port is just over 3 miles away if you fancy catching a ferry to Dublin

Distances:

Trearddur Bay is 1 mile away, Holyhead is 3 miles away

Further Details:

There are two local well stocked shops and post office in Trearddur Bay and there is Tesco, Morrisons, Asda and various other shops on the outskirts of Holyhead. There is a very good leisure centre and swimming pool just outside Trearddur Bay on the way to Holyhead. Holyhead Marina is definitely worth a visit particularly in the summer months. Trearddur Bay Hotel has a very nice restaurant and bar and it is less than a mile away from the property. The Seacroft Hotel is situated at the other side of the Bay along Ravenspoint Road which has a nice restaurant and bar. There is now The Sea Shanty Cafe and the |Black Seal which opened recently and are situated in the Bay,Located at the first car park before Trearddur Bay Beach here is a Gheko shop which hires and sells watersport equipment. There is also a delicious pancake stall which has opened next door to the shop.
