Modern spacious 3 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment in the Grande Terche ski resort 6km from Morzine.

A modern spacious recently upgraded apartment with 3 bedrooms 2 bathrooms and 2 separate WCs. The apartment sleeps 6 adults in the bedrooms and two small children can be accomodated in the Coin Montagne.

The property has 2 balconies for those wishing to sit outside and enjoy the scenery with a glass of wine or a cup of coffee.

The apartment is located just a short walk away from all the amenities of La Grande Terche. For those who wish to venture further afield the resort is linked by ski bus to the Portes Du Soleil ski area (the largest in the World!) the ski lift at Ardent is just a quick 15 min drive away here you can access Avoriaz, Chatel and Morzine.

There is a locked ski cave for guests in the basement. The large secure garage is available to those coming to cycle in the Summer months or those bringing kayaks or golf clubs.

The kitchen dining and lounge have been completely renewed this Summer and is now suitable for self-catering or those who simply enjoy cooking and relaxing.

I live in Scotland with my husband and our three teenage children.

After spending many holidays in the French Alps we finally decided to take the plunge and purchased an apartment in the family ski resort of La Grande Terche.

We bought our holiday apartment because we wanted all year round activities in a fantastic setting which the Portes Du Soleil offers.

La Grand Terche is a small quiet friendly ski resort a short drive from St Jean D'Aulps.

Geneva is just over an hour away with many flights from the UK.

What makes this apartment unique

Our modern clean well equipped apartment offers accommodation for larger families, friends or for two smaller families sharing. There are three bedrooms, two bathrooms and most importantly two separate toilets!

The apartment had great views across the valley -perfect after a hard days activity. Summer evenings can be spent on the balcony enjoying the local wine.

Our apartment is located just a short walk (150 meters) from the main gondola, restaurants, and small supermarket.

There is a quick lift up to the apartment which is located on the fifth floor.

There is a secure cave for storing ski equipment and a lockable garage for cyclists in the summer.

A comfortable and spacious apartment - perfect for a family of 6

This apartment is very well furnished to a high standard with all the equipment needed to make your stay a comfortable one. Plenty of hot water after a day's skiing! The 32" TV and Wifi an added bonus. A great well-equipped kitchen & living space, 3 reasonable sized bedrooms. This is a 6th stay in this apartment in La Grande Terche because it is a great place to stay for a family holiday and is only 15-20 minutes drive from Morzine if you need a new ski challenge! Grande Terche itself is a great ski resort for beginners or young families.We will definitely be visiting again.

A beautifully equipped, well-situated appartment with lots of room for our family of 5!

We enjoyed an excellent 2 week stay at l'Ourson and made daily use of the close proximity to the télécabine and ski skopes! The snow was excellent and we maximised on the easy ascent to the wide choice of slopes of the Roc d' Enfer. The appartment is beautifully decorated and equipped with everything you might need for a holiday in Winter or Summer. There is ample room for the larger family if needed and the washer-dryer was particularly appreciated by us! We are very familiar with the region and La Grande Terche/ Saint Jean is the perfect spot whether you are happy to stay put or explore further.

A magical Christmas and New Year had by all, made even more special with the torch- bearing ski descent and firework celebrations! We absolutely loved it!

Thank you so much! Definitely a Christmas to remember!

Summer base for cycling the Morzine area and further afield.

A group of us, who are all keen cyclists, stayed in this very well equipped apartment for a week's cycling in the area which has famous Cols and climbs that have been used in stages of The Tour de France. Flying with our bikes, we were able to use the lockable ground floor garage for storage and routine maintenance. The kitchen/dining area is perfect for self catering needs and has been recently refurbished to a high standard. Lashings of hot water and great showering facilities kept 6 of us clean and happy. The village, although quiet has an excellent bar restaurant run by Bill and his staff serving food as well as draught Paulaner beer which we found to be excellent hydration material. First class accommodation for this type of holiday with a reliable and friendly taxi service provided by Neil, for whom nothing was too much trouble.

I would highly recommend and we will definitely be going back !

Fabulous summer stay!

We had two fantastic weeks staying at L'Ourson. The apartment is really well equipped, and had everything we needed and more. There was a fabulous kitchen with all mod cons, 2 bathrooms, satellite TV and DVD etc.

The apartment was in a peaceful location and perfectly situated for us to enjoy all the summer activities the area has to offer. A car is essential in the summer months. The apartment also has a garage/store which was necessity for us to store our 5 mountain bikes.

We will definitely return, hopefully for skiing next year!

A thoroughly enjoyable stay at L'Ourson. Everything you need is there and the apartment is furnished to a high standard. Comfortable beds, quiet and ideal for access to ski areas, shops and other local amenities. Highly recommended and would go again.

Great ski week

We had a great stay in Feb 16 for a weeks skiing, apartment has a good location for travel by car to neighboring resorts of Morzine, Les gets etc, excellent supermarket within 10min drive on the way back to the chalet.

Lovely apartment with lovely fixtures and fittings, and very very comfy beds after a days skiing, will def be back in the future.
