Aston Villa is situated in Lane End, Bembridge close to local shops and the all important beach is just a short walk away. Aston Villa is bright and comfortable family home which has just been totally refurbished throughout. The living room has seating for 6 with a large sofa and armchairs and warming gas fire should you need it. The well equipped kitchen is open plan with a dining area to seat 6+ and a door leads out to the large private garden. There is a downstairs cloakroom. Upstairs 3 bedrooms, master has an en suite shower room and WC, further double and a twin room. There is also a family bathroom upstairs with bath, WHB and walk in shower and separate WC. A lovely, bright and comfortable house with a happy atmosphere, perfect home to get away from it all and be by the sea.

To book we require a 30% non refundable deposit with £25 admin fee to secure your holiday, the balance + £250 refundable breakages deposit is then due 8 weeks prior to your arrival. If booking withing 8 weeks we require the full balance.

A fabulous fortnight in a favourite place!

Aston Villa is maintained, decorated and equipped at a truly "Home from Home" level, making it very easy and comfortable to stay there.

On an annual basis, we make a point of coinciding with lots of friends holidaying on the island to socialise together and Aston Villa proves an excellent choice for entertaining.

Its location is perfect for easy access to both the beach and the village.

As long term regular Isle of Wight visitors, we have long known and enjoyed The Crab & Lobster pub and The Lifeboat View Cafe. To be staying within walking distance of both was a huge bonus this year.

"The Shed" cafe in the village is also an excellent meeting place.

I would love to end this review by heartily recommending Aston Villa as a holiday rental but frankly,it's so good, I'd rather keep it as our secret treasure !

Great location for the beach!

Warm, clean, comfortable and well equipped house. Great little garden too. Perfect location for beach which is a five minute walk, - lots of rock pools and good for walking. Great location also for town and nearby Crab and Lobster pub.

Very comfortable family house

Aston Villa has been recently refurbished to a really good standard. The kitchen is well thought out, and very well equipped. The sitting room is very small, but cosy. The bonus for us was a lovely long garden, which our children loved. There are three bedrooms, all with good storage and nice bathrooms with good showers and plenty of hot water. The house is brilliantly located between the local shops and the beach.

Coast/Beach:

The beach is 2 min walk away at the most.

Travel:

To get to the Isle of Wight you need to take a ferry from the South of England, only 67 miles from London! Car ferries: Wightlink (Portsmouth to Fishbourne or Lymington to Yarmouth); Red Funnel (Southampton to East Cowes). Other forms of transport include Hovertravel, foot passengers only (Southsea to Ryde), Wightlink catarman, foot passengers only (Portsmouth to Ryde) and Red Jet (Southampton to Cowes). There is a small private airport at Bembridge and Sandown.

Distances:

Left out of the house is the beach, to the right are a row of village shops, a well stocked co op, a deli and a post office. There are more shops, butcher, baker, fish monger and more restaurants and cafes in the centre of the village about 5 mins away.
