Sleeps 6/8 (3 bedrooms/2 bathrooms) Apartment Gaudi is a spacious, high quality and stylish holiday apartment that has been thoughtfully remodelled and tastefully decorated.

The apartment is ideally located in a quiet area near Plaza España, however, it's just a short walk from the town center, beaches and railway station.

It has 3 attractively furnished bedrooms and 2 modern bathrooms. There is an open plan living / dining area along with a fully equipped kitchen.

We are delighted to have Apartment Gaudi in our collection as it is ideally situated and perfectly equipped for a fantastic holiday in Sitges.

LIVING SPACE

The open plan living space and dining area is fully air-conditioned and tastefully furnished with a comfortable large sofa, two armchairs and a coffee table. The TV offers local stations with some programmes available in English through the dual function. The living room leads out onto a balcony with a table and 2 chairs and overlooks the quiet back street of Sitges.

The attractive designer kitchen has been completely remodeled and is fully equipped with oven, three-ring hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, kettle, coffee machine and toaster. Incorporated into the kitchen is a cool high dining table that comfortably seats 6 guests.

There is a utility room with a washing machine attached to the kitchen.

OTHER DETAILS

The apartment is located on the second floor and there is no elevator. The apartment is not suitable for wheelchair users or anyone that has difficulty using stairs.

The town is a minute walk and the beach around 2 minutes (250m). The train station is also only a 5-minute walk away.

There is paid parking available at 10 Euros per day located 100 meters from the apartment.

BEDROOMS

The bedrooms are all comfortable and tastefully furnished and are arranged as follows:

Bedroom 1 – Double bed (150x200cm) with built-in wardrobes, ensuite bathroom and ceiling fan.

Bedroom 2 – Double bed (180x200cm) - built in wardrobes and ceiling fan with access to balcony.

Bedroom 3 – Twin beds (80x190cm) with ceiling fan.

There is an addional sleeping area that can be closed off by a sliding door. This room has a double sofa bed available for sleeping an extra 2 guests. A fan is available for guest comfort.

BATHROOMS

Both bathrooms have been completely refurbished to a high standard and are modern, cool and clean:
