Large Saundersfoot house Pembrokeshire - Centrally located, withing walking distance to all local amenities. Sleeps 7. Beautiful interiors

Part of the Cambrian Quay development, the house was originally the show home and has a lovely stylish interior, a large amount of living and sleeping space and a spacious sunny terrace. It is ideally positioned in the heart of Saundersfoot, close to the beach, pubs, restaurants, shops, water sports and coastal path. Set on four floors, the house has four bedrooms and four bathrooms. The ground floor hosts the large living, dining and kitchen area with bi-fold doors onto a large decked terrace above a secure garage. The terrace is a real sun trap. It is equipped with a gas BBQ, seating for 8, two comfy chairs and a large parasol. Downstairs is a large cinema room with sofas, 3d television, Wii games console, utility area and shower room with access to the garage. There are two parking spaces. We would prefer no pets please.

Why Sarah Lowe chose Saundersfoot

We bought this house because of its' location, outside terrace and wonderful accommodation spread over four floors. We were lucky enough to purchase the show home which had been designed by an interior designer and comes with everything you could possibly need for a holiday. Special care and attention has been taken equipping the house.

What makes this house unique

Whilst staying at our house, you are in the heart of Saundersfoot. We love that you can nip out for a beach walk, trip to the shops, a pint or meal so easily and on foot. Our terrace is sheltered and warm even when the beach is a bit blustery!

The house is child friendly and our own children love staying there and visiting all the beaches, local theme parks, zoos and castles.

Beautiful house perfect location

We get together as a group of 7 busy ladies and book a weekend get together so finding somewhere large enough is always a task , but this house was absolutely perfect ! On arrival we were blown away with how big and beautifully decorated it was! The location was fabulous we had brought lots of food to eat in but were so close to everything we ate out twice at the hotel directly opposite for Sunday dinner and the koobaba round the corner! The house had plenty of bathrooms for all ladies so not queuing in the morning , kitchen had everything could need to cook and drink ! We’d love to return next year and would highly recommend the sun even came out over the April weekend :) thank you very much 7 happy ladies x

Very well presented property in the centre of Saundersfoot.

I would highly recommend this property. It is very well furnished and presented. The photos really do not do this property justice.

We had a fabulous stay and can highly recommend the rock climbing in St David's with Dragon activities. The local pubs and restaurants are superb all about 30 seconds walk from this property. Our personal favourite restaurant being Mulberry.

I would definitely stay at this property again and can't think that any other would be as well presented or equipped.

Perfect!

This is a beautifully furnished and well equipped house. It's location in the heart of Saundersfoot town is ideal. We spent time walking along the beach to Amroth and travelling further afield to explore some of the stunning spots in Pembrokeshire. There are so many choices within walking distance for eating out - the restaurant at the St Brides Hotel at one end of the bay and Coast restaurant at the other. Even closer is Mulberry which serves great food at reasonable prices. Delicious fish and chip shops are close at hand as well as a choice of pubs. Food shopping is easy and there is a regular bus service to Tenby. We will definitely book another stay!

Coast/Beach:

It is a short walk to the beach (50 metres). Saundersfoot beach is wide and sandy with a blue flag. The main beach is a family bathing beach, which has a dog ban in place between May and September. If you do have dogs, walk along The Strand to find a path down to the beach near the tunnel. This is where the dog ban ends. If you fancy a quieter low-tide beach, Glen beach can be accessed via The Harbour.

Travel:

Saundersfoot is 90 minutes West of Cardiff by car. There is a train station called ‘Saundersfoot’ but it’s a mile out of the village and there are no facilities there at all so you need to arrange to be picked up. If you need a bus or a taxi, get off at Tenby station instead. There are good bus services into Tenby or along the coast to Amroth and Pendine.
