Welcome to Willow Court Holiday Apartments. Units 1 and 2 are both Ground floor apartments, while Unit 7 is on the third floor, and is therefore unsuitable for those with restricted mobility. They have all been recently refurbished to a high standard and they all come with their own allocated parking spaces. Unit 1 is a two bedroom apartment and has its own private enclosed rear garden. All apartments are fully equipped with everything you need to enjoy a peaceful holiday. Willow Court is ideally situated for both the town centre and beaches, all within walking distance. Ground floor apartment with its own parking space. Lovely, spacious lounge with large screen 50" television and DVD player. The double bedroom has a deluxe memory foam mattress, with fresh cotton sheets and plump pillows filled with man made fibres. The lovely shower room has been newly renovated to include a large shower enclosure and modern fittings. There is a separate kitchen with electric oven and gas hob, a tall fridge freezer and a dishwasher.

We bought this charming, yet neglected, four storey Victorian building back in 2008. After several months of hard work, we had restored it to its former glory.

The property had at one stage been holiday accommodation, and our aim is to bring back the holiday theme to this wonderful building.

AMAZING 5*

We have been visiting north wales every september for the past 8 years and this apartment is by far the best we have every stayed in. Better than discribed online, a 'must stay' place. Richard was there to meet and greet on arrival and had great communication with us prior to our stay. He had stocked the apartment with the bread, milk, sausage , bacon etc. First impressions count and we were amazed with this apartment, the longer you stay the more you fall in love with it. NO NEGATIVES what so ever! We WILL be returning here, a home from home. I would recomend Willow Court to anyone wanting to visit north wales. 10 out of 10, could not improve on this aparment. The Palladium (weatherspoons) is great for breakfast, lunch or evening meal and only 5 mins walk round the corner. Couldnt believe just how quiet is was at night as you are so close to town centre, good nights sleep had by all.

Great apartment, great location, fantastic owners

We (Husband/Wife/Small Person) wanted to find somewhere centrally located in Llandudno as it was our first time visiting and we couldn't have asked for more. Perfectly located and less than 5 minute walk to either of the beaches and the tram, the cable cars, the pier and the town centre are all less than 10 minutes walk away.

The Apartment is very nicely decorated with great, usable living spaces.

The front room has two settees (one of which is a bed settee) and a large smart TV. The kitchen has everything you'd need and even had milk, a fresh loaf, butter, juice and a pack of hob nobs ready for us.

We used the dining room as a space to set up the travel cot so the small person didn't need to sleep in with us.

The Bathroom has a lovely large waterfall shower

The owners (Richard/Elfyn) answered any questions we had and have been really helpful at every step (even posting us a missing dinosaur that got left behind).

Thanks guys, we'll be back and telling our friends

Beautiful appartment

We booked this apartment as a present for my parents on their wedding anniversary. We also visited them on their first day. The apartment is finished to a very high standard, has parking right outside the property and is only a short walk from the seafront. The owners had provided a welcome pack of goodies which was a lovely surprise and just added to a thoroughly enjoyable stay for my parents. They would highly recommend this apartment.

Beautiful.modern,comfortable centrally located.

This flat is very comfortable , clean and modern. The location is fabulous- walking distance to local bars, restaurants and the beach.

The owners deal with any queries quickly and efficiently. There was a small welcome pack in the fridge which was most welcome.

I would highly recommend this cosy flat to anyone!

We have lived in Llandudno for many, many years and have always been inspired by its beauty and title of "Queen of the Welsh resorts". You sometimes take for granted the place you live, but with so much on your doorstop there is always something to do. Having sold a number of our renovated properties to people who wanted a second home in the town, this only emphasised what we already knew - that Llandudno is indeed an extremely popular tourist destination.

Activity and Interests

Car: not necessary

Coast/Beach:

The beautiful sandy beach on Llandudno's West Shore is a ten minute walk away, whilst the North Shore with its Victorian pier is only a gentle 5 minute stroll.

Travel:

Manchester Airport is only 77 miles away and Liverpool Airport is 69 miles away. Holyhead ferry port is only a 43 mile drive from the apartment.

Distances:

The picturesque medieval town of Conwy is only 4 miles away, with the lovely village of Betws y Coed in the heart of Snowdonia only 20 miles away. The Welsh Mountain Zoo in nearby Colwyn Bay is only 5 miles from the apartment.

Changeover Day:
Changeover day is usually a Saturday in peak season. During off peak periods, weekends or short midweek breaks will definitely be considered.
Departures are strictly 10am on that day, and guests are welcomed anytime after 2pm

We ask that all holidaymakers pay a 50% deposit within 48 hours of their request. This then secures the booking for them. The remaining 50% is paid 1 calendar month before their arrival.
