Ground floor apartment with its own parking space. Lovely, spacious lounge with large screen 50" television and DVD player. The double bedroom has a deluxe memory foam mattress, with fresh cotton sheets and plump pillows filled with man made fibres. The lovely shower room has been newly renovated to include a large shower enclosure and modern fittings. There is a separate kitchen with electric oven and gas hob, a tall fridge freezer and a dishwasher.

Welcome to Willow Court Holiday Apartments. Units 1 and 2 are both Ground floor apartments, while Unit 7 is on the third floor, and is therefore unsuitable for those with restricted mobility. They have all been recently refurbished to a high standard and they all come with their own allocated parking spaces. Unit 1 is a two bedroom apartment and has its own private enclosed rear garden. All apartments are fully equipped with everything you need to enjoy a peaceful holiday. Willow Court is ideally situated for both the town centre and beaches, all within walking distance. About Richard Hall

We bought this charming, yet neglected, four storey Victorian building back in 2008. After several months of hard work, we had restored it to its former glory.

The property had at one stage been holiday accommodation, and our aim is to bring back the holiday theme to this wonderful building.

We have lived in Llandudno for many, many years and have always been inspired by its beauty and title of "Queen of the Welsh resorts". You sometimes take for granted the place you live, but with so much on your doorstop there is always something to do. Having sold a number of our renovated properties to people who wanted a second home in the town, this only emphasised what we already knew - that Llandudno is indeed an extremely popular tourist destination.

What makes this apartment unique

We believe that our lovely holiday apartment is a perfect holiday getaway because of its proximity to the town centre, both beaches and within driving distance of a whole range of outdoor activities that North Wales has to offer. Combine this with its own allocated parking we think it's perfect for a holiday rental.

Booking Notes:
Please note that the minimum stay for this apartment is 2 nights, and the minimum price for a two night stay is £125.
Changeover Day:
Changeover day is usually a Saturday in peak season. During off peak periods, weekends or short midweek breaks will definitely be considered.
Departures are strictly 10am on that day, and guests are welcomed anytime after 2pm

Amazing holiday flat!

We have stayed in two of the Willow Court flats and loved them both. Richard has done a beautiful job of renovating the building. The flats are modern, spacious, beautifully decorated and in a wonderful location near to the beach and town. The welcome pack is a lovely touch too. We can't wait to go back for some more family fun by the seaside.

Fabulous apartment in great location

Fabulous property which exceeded our expectations. Immaculatly clean, equipped with everything you could wish for. Lovely warm welcome on arrival and nice surprise of a welcome pack, over and above expectation. Fabulous location (the parking space helps!) with lots of great places to eat and experience North Wales, plenty to do. Thank you Richard and team, we will return.

Weekend Break

We stayed in this apartment for 3 nights. We could not fault the apartment at all. It was beautifully decorated and was extremely clean. Providing a few basic things such as butter, milk and bread was a great touch and much appreciated. The apartments are extremely well located and are within walking distance of the front and local amenities. Richard and Debbie were extremely friendly and welcoming. We will 100% be returning for another stay.

A very enjoyable short break

The apartment had all our needs, Contemporary, Clean, Comfortable and Central. A short walk to good Restaurant's, Bars, shops, Amusement arcades and the beach.

A large flat screen TV adorned a modern & light sitting room; a well equipped kitchen; bathroom with a walk in shower and a comfortable and quiet double bedroom.

Richard,our host, was most hospitable & welcoming and pointed us to good eateries (Cottage Loaf was excellent). Nothing was too much to ask.

We highly recommend it and will be staying there again very soon.

Superb holiday apart in a great location

We stayed in apartment 2, and the pictures really don't do it justice. The apartment is newly renovated and beautifully decorated.

The lounge had 2 sofas, one of which is a sofa bed, large smart TV, wifi, etc. All the fixtures and fittings are of the highest quality, impressive (large!) rain shower and lots of really nice touches, like plenty of fresh towels. The owner, Richard, even went to the trouble of stocking the fridge with the essentials for us: bread, milk, etc.

Outside there is off-street parking available, and the apartment is centrally located. Right in the middle of town, you are minutes away from the centre with all the shops, bars & restaurants, and the sea front.

I cannot recommend this apartment enough, cosy, comfortable and central. Excellent!

Coast/Beach:

The beautiful sandy beach on Llandudno's West Shore is a ten minute walk away, whilst the North Shore with its Victorian pier is only a gentle 5 minute stroll.

Travel:

Manchester Airport is only 77 miles away and Liverpool Airport is 69 miles away. Holyhead ferry port is only a 43 mile drive from the apartment.

Distances:

The picturesque medieval town of Conwy is only 4 miles away, with the lovely village of Betws y Coed in the heart of Snowdonia only 20 miles away. The Welsh Mountain Zoo in nearby Colwyn Bay is only 5 miles from the apartment.
