This newly refurbished ground floor apartment has its own allocated parking space and enclosed, private rear garden.

Internally it has two double bedrooms with deluxe memory foam mattresses, wardrobes, bedside cabinets and chests of drawers. The separate kitchen comprises high gloss units with oak effect worktops, electric oven and gas hob, washing machine, integrated dishwasher and integrated fridge freezer.

The spacious lounge has a sofa and large armchair with coffee tables and a largescreen 50" television with freeview. It also has a dvd player, a selection of dvd's and board games for young and old. There is a patio door opening into the private garden with a patio, raised decking area with seating for up to 6 people. The shower room has a large 1200mm shower enclosure with modern fittings. In the entrance hallway, there is a dining table with four chairs.

Welcome to Willow Court Holiday Apartments. Units 1 and 2 are both Ground floor apartments, while Unit 7 is on the third floor, and is therefore unsuitable for those with restricted mobility. They have all been recently refurbished to a high standard and they all come with their own allocated parking spaces. Unit 1 is a two bedroom apartment and has its own private enclosed rear garden. All apartments are fully equipped with everything you need to enjoy a peaceful holiday. Willow Court is ideally situated for both the town centre and beaches, all within walking distance. About Richard Hall

We bought this charming, yet neglected, four storey Victorian building back in 2008. After several months of hard work, we had restored it to its former glory.

The property had at one stage been holiday accommodation, and our aim is to bring back the holiday theme to this wonderful building.

We have lived in Llandudno for many, many years and have always been inspired by its beauty and title of "Queen of the Welsh resorts". You sometimes take for granted the place you live, but with so much on your doorstop there is always something to do. Having sold a number of our renovated properties to people who wanted a second home in the town, this only emphasised what we already knew - that Llandudno is indeed an extremely popular tourist destination.

What makes this apartment unique

We believe that our lovely holiday apartment is a perfect holiday getaway because of its proximity to the town centre, both beaches and within driving distance of a whole range of outdoor activities that North Wales has to offer. Combine this with its own allocated parking we think it's perfect for a holiday rental.

Changeover Day:
Changeover day is usually a Saturday in peak season. During off peak periods, weekends or short midweek breaks will definitely be considered.
Departures are strictly 10am on that day, and guests are welcomed anytime after 2pm

Very nice

Nice spacious clean apartment with a well stocked kitchen....bonus of lovely welcome pack....the beds were extremely comfortable and the apartment was in a great location for everything but in a quiet street. Richard was most helpful.

Found a cracker

Great apartment in a fantastic location, highly recommend. Do not recommend booking with home away , I received a email regarding info on arrival , which had no link so was unable to get info, they sent a app, which my iPad would not get, emailed them back regarding I HAVE NO INFO, please send in written form, no reply was had, I had to contact the owner for key codes etc, so I suggest book direct with Richard, at willow apartments. Home away was the only problem i had with this apartment

We had a great time in apartment one, Richard was very helpful with booking accommodation. Welcome pack was much appreciated. Very comfortable apartment with everything you need on a self-catering holiday. This was our second stay at Willow Court and look forward to returning in the future.

Clean and tidy appartment ideally located close to town

Owner easy to contact and appartment well proportioned with two good sized double bedrooms. Little extras milk, bread, butter washing up liquid, soaps (Pears) etc. Full marks for everything. We had a great time

Best place to stay in Llandudno

Flat 1 Is fantastic, it's our home away from home.

We live in Canada, and this is are 3rd stay in Richards Willow Court Flats. The flat is clean, well maintained and is very close to shops, restaurants and attractions. Richard is a joy to work with when making a reservation.

My wife and I highly recommend the flats at Willow Court.

Fantastic 2 bed Apartment

Had a lovely holiday in apartment one.The accommodation is spacious,modern and has its own garden which we had lunch in several days.The location is excellent in a quiet street just a short walk from the pier,beach and shops.the owner Richard was extremely friendly and helpful and went above and beyond to make us welcome. we have already recommended it to friends and family and intend to return soon.Ian

The beautiful sandy beach on Llandudno's West Shore is a ten minute walk away, whilst the North Shore with its Victorian pier is only a gentle 5 minute stroll.


Manchester Airport is only 77 miles away and Liverpool Airport is 69 miles away. Holyhead ferry port is only a 43 mile drive from the apartment.


The picturesque medieval town of Conwy is only 4 miles away, with the lovely village of Betws y Coed in the heart of Snowdonia only 20 miles away. The Welsh Mountain Zoo in nearby Colwyn Bay is only 5 miles from the apartment.
