About Richard Hall

We bought this charming, yet neglected, four storey Victorian building back in 2008. After several months of hard work, we had restored it to its former glory.

The property had at one stage been holiday accommodation, and our aim is to bring back the holiday theme to this wonderful building.

Richard Hall purchased this apartment in 2008

Why Richard Hall chose Conwy

We have lived in Llandudno for many, many years and have always been inspired by its beauty and title of "Queen of the Welsh resorts". You sometimes take for granted the place you live, but with so much on your doorstop there is always something to do. Having sold a number of our renovated properties to people who wanted a second home in the town, this only emphasised what we already knew - that Llandudno is indeed an extremely popular tourist destination.

What makes this apartment unique

We believe that our lovely holiday apartment is a perfect holiday getaway because of its proximity to the town centre, both beaches and within driving distance of a whole range of outdoor activities that North Wales has to offer. Combine this with its own allocated parking we think it's perfect for a holiday rental.

Best place to stay in Llandudno

  • 5 of 5

Flat 1 Is fantastic, it's our home away from home.

We live in Canada, and this is are 3rd stay in Richards Willow Court Flats. The flat is clean, well maintained and is very close to shops, restaurants and attractions. Richard is a joy to work with when making a reservation.

My wife and I highly recommend the flats at Willow Court.

A stunning hidden gem in Llandudno

  • 5 of 5

Just returned from a marvelous 10 days in apartment 7 of Willow Court.

We stayed in the top floor apartment which is up a couple of flights of stairs but is well worth it.The views over the town and surrounding mountains from every window in the property are spectacular.

The apartment itself is simply stunning.A real home from home.Spotlessly clean, this property has recently been renovated to a 5 star standard.

The bathroom is enormous with a large walk in shower which is to dream for.

The kitchen is very modern and well equipped with a full gas cooker, microwave.,fridge freezer and dishwasher.

The apartment's fixtures and fittings are of a very high quality including the provided bedding and towels. An enormous smart TV complemented by superb free WiFi was the icing on the cake.

The central heating is controlled by yourself so you can be as warm or cool as you wish and is included in the price as is the electricity ( no pound coin meters here!)

The owner Richard is brilliant.Friendly, helpful and nothing was too much trouble for him.

When we arrived we were met by Deb who was also very friendly and helpful. The welcome pack, including bread, milk, butter, cakes etc was a lovely touch.

This property is a hidden gem in Llandudno. We would recommend it to anyone so much so we have already booked for another visit.

Thanks Richard for a great stay.

A gorgeous property with everything you need - and more! Had a lovely week in spacious, comfortable apartment all newly done. The welcome pack was extra generous and the owners really helpful. Set near enough to walk to town for shopping, restaurants and beach walking. Will definitely be back! Andrew and Wendy from Derbyshire

Willow Court, situated central to everything.

Clean Comfortable Contemporary spacious modern apartments with car parking. Few minutes walk to the shops and Sea front.

I visited with my daughter and 15mth old grandson for a long weekend Mum & Daughter break and there's honestly nothing at all we could fault at Willow Court everywhere is tastefully decorated and furnished to a high standard.

The kitchen is equipped with every kitchen essential you would need including tea towels and washing up liquid.

The bathrooms include bath towels and soaps etc all again very good quality.

The living room area is spacious and comfortable, the whole apartment has ample space and the photos on the site don't do this place full justice.

Richard the owner kindly had the heating on in our apartment as we arrived and waiting for us was a fresh baked loaf from the bakery, Tea, Coffee, Milk and fresh Juice with biscuits etc for us as we arrived which was lovely that we didn't have to rush out and buy straight on arrival.

The apartments are very warm comfortable and cosy and fitted with a great heating system.

There's nothing but positives about all the units / apartments we seen at Willow Court they're an ideal base for couples and families with everything within a few minutes walk.

We're definitely booking again and can't recommend this enough as an ideal place to stay for a holiday or a few nights break away there's always something going on throughout the year at Llandudno and at the time we visited we managed to cover a lot of our families Christmas shopping gifts as well as having quality Mum, Daughter and Grandson time ☺☺☺
