The spacious lounge has a sofa and large armchair with coffee tables and a largescreen 50" television with freeview. It also has a dvd player, a selection of dvd's and board games for young and old. There is a patio door opening into the private garden with a patio, raised decking area with seating for up to 6 people. The shower room has a large 1200mm shower enclosure with modern fittings. In the entrance hallway, there is a dining table with four chairs.

We bought this charming, yet neglected, four storey Victorian building back in 2008. After several months of hard work, we had restored it to its former glory.
The property had at one stage been holiday accommodation, and our aim is to bring back the holiday theme to this wonderful building.

We have lived in Llandudno for many, many years and have always been inspired by its beauty and title of "Queen of the Welsh resorts". You sometimes take for granted the place you live, but with so much on your doorstop there is always something to do. Having sold a number of our renovated properties to people who wanted a second home in the town, this only emphasised what we already knew - that Llandudno is indeed an extremely popular tourist destination.
What makes this apartment unique
We believe that our lovely holiday apartment is a perfect holiday getaway because of its proximity to the town centre, both beaches and within driving distance of a whole range of outdoor activities that North Wales has to offer. Combine this with its own allocated parking we think it's perfect for a holiday rental.
Please note there is a minimum 2 night stay, which is priced at £130.
Changeover day is usually a Saturday in peak season. During off peak periods, weekends or short midweek breaks will definitely be considered.
Departures are strictly 10am on that day, and guests are welcomed anytime after 2pm

Spacious smart convenient apartment
A gorgeous property with everything you need - and more! Had a lovely week in spacious, comfortable apartment all newly done. The welcome pack was extra generous and the owners really helpful. Willow Court, situated central to everything.
Clean Comfortable Contemporary spacious modern apartments with car parking. Few minutes walk to the shops and Sea front.
I visited with my daughter and 15mth old grandson for a long weekend Mum & Daughter break and there's honestly nothing at all we could fault at Willow Court everywhere is tastefully decorated and furnished to a high standard.
The kitchen is equipped with every kitchen essential you would need including tea towels and washing up liquid.
The bathrooms include bath towels and soaps etc all again very good quality.
The living room area is spacious and comfortable, the whole apartment has ample space and the photos on the site don't do this place full justice.
Richard the owner kindly had the heating on in our apartment as we arrived and waiting for us was a fresh baked loaf from the bakery, Tea, Coffee, Milk and fresh Juice with biscuits etc for us as we arrived which was lovely that we didn't have to rush out and buy straight on arrival.
The apartments are very warm comfortable and cosy and fitted with a great heating system.
There's nothing but positives about all the units / apartments we seen at Willow Court they're an ideal base for couples and families with everything within a few minutes walk.
We're definitely booking again and can't recommend this enough as an ideal place to stay for a holiday or a few nights break away there's always something going on throughout the year at Llandudno and at the time we visited we managed to cover a lot of our families Christmas shopping gifts as well as having quality Mum, Daughter and Grandson time ☺☺☺
These apartments are amazing. They are the best apartments we have stayed in, spacious, beautifully decorated and extremely clean. Free wifi, large TV's, satellite channels. If you are ever visiting Llandudno you could not stay anywhere better than Willow Court. They are super clean, very freshly decorated, the décor is gorgeous and the little extras are such a treat. The owner Richard is very friendly, helpful and takes such a pride in the apartments. Richard gave us directions, recommendations on restaurants, bars and touristy places to visit. What a fantastic apartment! This is easily the best holiday apartment we have stayed in over the years. The location is perfect, close to all attractions Llandudno has to offer. And the apartment itself has all you need and more for a luxury stay - from the welcome goodies on arrival to the large hd tv to the spacious bedrooms and well equipped bathroom and kitchen. The outside space is prefect too especially if you are as lucky as we were with the weather! Thanks for a great holiday we will definitely be back!
Just got back from a thoroughly enjoyable weeks stay at Unit 1.Everything about the appartment(facilities,decor,location etc) is excellent.I will definitely be booking this appartment again.

Activity and Interests
The beautiful sandy beach on Llandudno's West Shore is a ten minute walk away, whilst the North Shore with its Victorian pier is only a gentle 5 minute stroll.
Manchester Airport is only 77 miles away and Liverpool Airport is 69 miles away. Holyhead ferry port is only a 43 mile drive from the apartment.
The picturesque medieval town of Conwy is only 4 miles away, with the lovely village of Betws y Coed in the heart of Snowdonia only 20 miles away. The Welsh Mountain Zoo in nearby Colwyn Bay is only 5 miles from the apartment.
