The french doors, lead to a large patio with exquisite view of land scape and pond. Total privacy and ideal for relaxing and entertaining.

I am a Barbadian/American. Travel extensively. Lived many years in Europe and currently living in Africa where I work with an international organisation.

This is quite a spacious one-bedroom apartment with a grand patio over-looking the golf course. Wonderful for entertaining and relaxing. On the premises there is a restaurant, hair salon, yoga and tennis. Within walking distance, there are all the amenities: supermarkets, shops, restaurants and some great beaches.

My management company is located on the premises, and will efficiently take care of your needs. Indeed, you will enjoy the atmosphere of a home away from home but with the luxuries of a vacation.

Notes on accommodation: This property is well suited for children. There is huge play ground and and lots of ground to run around or go walking. No pets permitted. Outside: The complex is well maintained with fruit trees, beautiful gardens. There are workers on the compound daily to maintain the premises. The pool is equipped with lounge chairs and tables, wonderful also for entertaining. There is the pool room with shower, toilet etc and also a clubhouse. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Cleaner is provided once a week, and can be more often depending on number of guests. Linen, towels provided. Other: Dining room with French door also leads on to large patio

Would like to THANK the owners for making my family vacation a memorable one for all the family.

Your hospitality has been GREAT from the start. Very professional and helpful.

The villa is in a perfect, well kept location. The gated community has all the amenities one can want - pool, gym, tennis courts, park and the community is very friendly and inviting.

The accommodation itself is tastefully decorated, clean, comfortable, spacious and has everything needed to make your stay memorable. The house is surrounded with tranquil well kept gardens. We felt at home from day one. After a five week stay we had no complaints what so ever!

I would recommend this property. You will not be disappointed

There is a riding stable next door and also a shooting range. Day spa is just a few minutes away. Water sport activities, etc all but 10 minutes away.


Ridgeview is 10 minutes drive from a number of beaches: Miami beach, Accra, Browns beach Dover, all with restaurants and other amenities. Beaches are calming and great for swimming or relaxing. There are a number of nearby beaches also good for surfing.


Just 5 minutes from Grantley Adams International airport.

Further Details:

Popular Oistins with its Fish fry and live music on week-ends is under 10 minutes. St. Lawrence Gaps where you find an array of international restaurants and night clubs 10 -15 minutes distance. Bridgetown the capital city is 20 minutes.
