Notes on accommodation: The apartment can be accessed via the reception elevator & be found on the first floor. It has ramp for wheelchair access. There is private secure gated car parking. The whole of the apartment block is gated & secure. Outside: There are 3 shared pools, on either side of the apartment heated including children's /baby area . There is also a large shared garden area. The beach is directly 5 meters from reception ! & next to Luna Beach restaurant. Private luxury sun loungers can be hired on request for the duration of your stay. Cycles can also be hired with advance notice. Utility Room: Washer Dryer, Iron & ironing board, mop & bucket Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: All Studio towels & linen are included & fresh on arrival. Cleaning can be optional during your stay. Other: Spacious hall way including more fitted wardrobe space separates all other living areas.

Perfect Apartment and Perfect Location

I booked this apartment for myself and 5 other ladies for a quiet pre-wedding holiday. Right from the off, Denis was extremely helpful in all questions that I had. He kindly organised for us to be picked up from the airport by the lovely Conchi, beach towels to be supplied, 2 bottles of fizz were in the fridge for the bride to be as a kind gesture and also organised for us to be taken to the airport, as well as letting us stay a little longer in the apartment on the last day all for a small fee which was a total bargain.

The apartment was immaculate and very stylish, as well as being totally secure with keys and codes. The bedrooms were large and bathrooms well equipped and very clean. The beach was literally a 1 minute walk with a lovely beach bar & restaurant and the complex has 2 pools. On the other side of the road is a supermarket, internet café, shops and restaurants which was very handy. We also walked to Capobino Beach which was a 10/20 min leisurely walk which also hosts more restaurants and bars and beach activities. We travelled to Puerto Banus which was approx. a 30 min taxi ride and Olivia's (Elliott Wright's Restaurant) which was about a 10 min taxi ride. It just goes to show what a perfect location the apartment is in, especially if you want to just chill out, and not be directly in the hustle and bustle, but also not too far out. I would totally recommend this apartment to anyone (families, couples or friends) and I will hopefully return on my next holiday to Spain.

Great location and facilities.

We had a great time here and were really impressed with the location and the facilities available to us. The pictures of the apartment are spot on, clean, modern and well spec'd. There is plenty of room and although there was only 3 of us we did have some family come and stay for the night and taking us up to 7 and it was fine. (one in the Lounge)

2 pools, restaurant literarily at the bottom of the gate and a 10 minute walk to your right (beach facing) and your in Cabopino where there are some great places to eat and get cocktails. 5 minutes to the left and your at Royal beach, great food, vibe and cocktails!! and then over the bridge a well stocked SuperSol, a bank and supermarkets etc. Honestly, the location is awesome. We did have a car but depending on what you want you could get away with not having one. your not far from Marbella or the other costal towns and La Cala is 5 mins in the car.

Yolanda and Dennis are brilliant and looked after us from the moment I first enquired.

Smart, modern apartment ideal if you're looking to visit various locations

Apartment is very modern and clean, with comfy beds and 2 ensuite bathrooms. The kitchen is only suitable for breakfast and snacks as it has no oven (just microwave oven) and only a 2 ring hob, but if you're only needing a base this is sufficient. It seems a very safe area with great beach access and a restaurant/bar at the entrance. Plenty of eateries within a 20min walk and the supersol and Lidl just across the road with taxi rank and cash points. The bus stop outside on the main A7 has regular bus services. Due to the close proximity to the main road it is noisy at night for sleeping but we did adjust to this. The downsides for us were no balcony or sea view and no sun loungers to use by the pool area, so you had to lie on the grass or hire beds on the beach at 6€ pp/day. Also you need to hire beach towels at 5€ pp or take your own. So whilst we had a lovely holiday and loved the area and the interior of the apartment we did feel it lacked better kitchen facilities, outdoor space and sun loungers as this extra cost did add up for us as a family of 5. Yolanda and Denis are always available and on hand to try and ensure you have an enjoyable stay with Yolanda collecting us from the airport. This was 80€ for 5 as we needed 2 cars(usually 50€) however we took two taxis back and each taxi was 50€ and only 30 mins drive to Malaga. There are not many large taxis and this is worth considering if you're 4 people plus and aiming to get around.

Great location. Denis and Yolanda very helpful. Nice apartment in great location. Lovely part of Spain. Would have been nice to have a visitors book to see where other guests had visited and eaten etc. All in all a fab week 🍷🍷☀️☀️

Well what can I say; the apartment was superb!!!!! we will definitely be back; we were so looked after, nothing was too much trouble. Yolanda ran us around everywhere, she is such a lovely person and very helpful!! we met Dennis while we were there, he is a great guy and very genuine!!

Lovely stay

We stayed for an Easter Break as a family of 3. The apartment is beautifully decorated throughout and close to all local amenities. Yolanda picked us up from the airport and is a lovely lady. Denis is also very easy to deal with. The added bonus for me was all the English channels, including Sky Sports on the TV in the living room. The property is very close to the beach and La Luna beach bar, although if you turn left and walk along the boardwalk for less than 10 minutes, there is an excellent beach bar serving great food. Capobino is about a 15 minute walk along the beach or road. It is really nice there with lovely restaurants and another couple of beach bars, one that is extremely cheap during happy hour! All in all, couldn't fault this place.
