Booking for 2017 - Fabulous spacious family house, sleeps 10, pets on request

DISCOUNTED FOR SMALLER PARTIES : Cornwall Cottage is fabulous family house situated in the pretty fishing village of Seaview, close to the local shops and the all important beaches! It has recently been refurbished and offers relaxed and flexible accommodation for 10 in 5 bedrooms. Downstairs is a twin bedroom with en suite bathroom. Also, a comfortable living room with bay window enjoying sea views. A new, well equipped family kitchen with dining for 10 and door out to the patio area with garden furniture and there is also a conservatory. Upstairs there is the master bedroom, two further twin room and a bunk room. Most rooms if not all have their own sinks in. There is a family bathroom with walk in shower upstairs. Outside, there is a beautiful lawned garden with herbaceous borders which frame the stunning views through to the Solent. There is also a patio area up by the kitchen with outside furniture. There is off street parking for 2 cars and a boat if required. Pets are accepted on request only.

To book we require a 30% non refundable deposit with £25 admin fee to secure your holiday, the balance + £250 refundable breakages deposit is then due 8 weeks prior to your arrival. If booking withing 8 weeks we require the full balance.

A Lovely Family Break

Cornwall Cottage is a beautiful property with lots of space and wonderful views of the Solent. Although there is little to do over a week in Seaview, you are well situated to visit places of interest nearby. It is also only a 5 minute drive to the Ryde Tesco superstore. Our family (3 adults and one child plus dog) had a relaxing week and the cottage provided everything we could need for cooking/ cleaning etc. Clear and thorough instructions for using the house and facilities were provided and we would thoroughly recommend a stay here.

Great family house.

The cottage is obviously loved and used by the owners, so everything is well thought through. It is on a hill in the heart of Seaview so you can walk to the hotels and restaurants. The only thing which might be considered is to fell the conifer at the back as it shades the outside table.

About 2 mins walk to the beach at most.

Travel:

To get to the Isle of Wight you need to take a ferry from the South of England, only 67 miles from London! Car ferries: Wightlink (Portsmouth to Fishbourne or Lymington to Yarmouth); Red Funnel (Southampton to East Cowes). Other forms of transport include Hovertravel, foot passengers only (Southsea to Ryde), Wightlink catarman, foot passengers only (Portsmouth to Ryde) and Red Jet (Southampton to Cowes). There is a small private airport at Bembridge and Sandown.
