Description

Fourwinds Sleeps 5 (3 Bedrooms)

Four Winds is a more traditional house with all main rooms facing south and separated from the beach only by it’s own garden, although no direct access is provided. The accommodation, which is for 5 people, offers a tastefully furnished lounge and sun lounge with stunning views. There is a separate dining room with access to a fully equipped kitchen and laundry area. The large master bedroom has a kingsize bed, which can be made in twin beds, and a bathroom en-suite. On the first floor there are two further bedrooms, one with twin beds and one single, with an adjoining bathroom.

Electricity Coin Meters

Whilst we realise these aren’t popular we use them because we don’t feel that the light users should be penalised by the heavy users. If we didn’t use them we would have to raise the tariff to cover the costs; we keep our tariff down by using the meters. Sea Meads makes no revenue from the meters, Sea Meads pays for the heating.

Sea Meads is a small and secluded private estate overlooking Mounts Bay, situated towards the eastern end of Praa Sands.

Sol-mer, Sunwave, Seahorses & Sunraker are well-designed modern house; it is sunny with attractive south facing elevations and a private garden. The interior is well furnished and equipped for a comfortable holiday. Sol-mer is double-glazed. On the ground floor, to one side of the entrance hall is a spacious lounge, 22′ by 12′, with large windows and a sliding patio door to the terrace. At the rear the dining area is connected to the kitchen by a serving hatch. On the other side of the hall there is a twin bedded room with an en-suite bathroom and toilet, and a small room fitted with a double bunk unit. Access to the bunk room is via the downstairs twin. There is an airing cupboard with built-in cloaks and storage cupboards in the hall. Upstairs are two large bedrooms, one double and one twin, and an additional bathroom with bath, separate shower and toilet. Both bathrooms are fitted with a heated towel rail and an additional wall heater. Both bedrooms have sliding patio doors opening onto a small balcony with lovely sea views.

Shane is our Maintenance Manager and can be found somewhere on site!

The beach is at the bottom of Sandilands & Fourwinds garden although there is no direct access. The beach is a five minute walk.

Praa Sands village is a 5 minute walk. Penzance is 8.7 miles, Marazion is 4.4 miles, Helston is 6 miles & the beautiful harbour town of Porthleven is 5 miles.

Further Details:

We are right on the South West Coast Path with stunning walks to Landsend & the Lizard right on our doorstep.

Sandilands & Solmer are Friday to Friday changeovers, Fourwinds & Sunraker are Saturday to Saturday.
