Solmer is is south facing with a private garden & is well furnished and equipped for a comfortable holiday. There is a spacious lounge with dining area, large windows and a sliding patio door to the terrace. On the other side of the hall there is a twin bedroom with an en-suite shower room, a small room fitted with a double bunk unit. Access to the bunk room is via the downstairs twin. There is an airing cupboard with built-in cloaks and storage cupboards in the hall. Upstairs are two large bedrooms, one double and one twin, and an additional bathroom with bath, separate shower and toilet. Both bedrooms have sliding patio doors opening onto a small balcony with lovely sea views. The kitchen is fitted to a high standard with washing machine, tumble drier, dishwasher, double oven, fridge freezer & microwave. Wifi is available & dogs are welcome.

Sea Meads is a small and secluded private estate overlooking Mounts Bay, situated towards the eastern end of Praa Sands.

Sol-mer, Sunwave, Seahorses & Sunraker are well-designed modern house; it is sunny with attractive south facing elevations and a private garden. The interior is well furnished and equipped for a comfortable holiday. Sol-mer is double-glazed. On the ground floor, to one side of the entrance hall is a spacious lounge, 22′ by 12′, with large windows and a sliding patio door to the terrace. At the rear the dining area is connected to the kitchen by a serving hatch. On the other side of the hall there is a twin bedded room with an en-suite bathroom and toilet, and a small room fitted with a double bunk unit. Access to the bunk room is via the downstairs twin. There is an airing cupboard with built-in cloaks and storage cupboards in the hall. Upstairs are two large bedrooms, one double and one twin, and an additional bathroom with bath, separate shower and toilet. Both bathrooms are fitted with a heated towel rail and an additional wall heater. Both bedrooms have sliding patio doors opening onto a small balcony with lovely sea views.

Booking Notes:
A deposit of a third is payable at the time of booking, by cheque or online transfer, with the balance due 8 weeks before the start of the booking unless there is less than 8 weeks in which case the whole amount is payable.

Changeover Day:
Sandilands & Solmer are Friday to Friday changeovers, Fourwinds & Sunraker are Saturday to Saturday.

Notes:
Outside: All houses have enclosed gardens with outdoor furniture. Electricity Coin Meters Whilst we realise these aren’t popular we use them because we don’t feel that the light users should be penalised by the heavy users. If we didn’t use them we would have to raise the tariff to cover the costs; we keep our tariff down by using the meters. Sea Meads makes no revenue from the meters, each meter is calibrated to the tariff set by the electricity provider, and therefore you only pay for what you use. Sea Meads pays for the heating.
