Howe Copse is a substantial house situated on the coastal road just outside the pretty village of Bembridge. It sleeps 8 in 4 high quality bedrooms. The house has a lovely, relaxed atmosphere and offers comfortable and excellent accommodation throughout. Fabulous bright living room with doors opening out to the surrounding terrace and to the uninterrupted views of the sea. The well equipped kitchen has granite surfaces, all good quality kitchen equipment including Quooker, wine fridge and a central island. There is a dining table with seating for 8 which leads out to the terrace. A serious TV room with huge comfortable sofas and surround sound. Also, there is an office, utility room and downstairs cloak room and boot room. Upstairs, master suite with garden views, super king bed with Wight Linen Company sheets and towels. The bathroom is luxurious and also has a dressing area. The guest room is equally as comfortable with super king bed, dressing room and en suite shower room. The two twin rooms have comfortable beds and perfect for children. The house has a gated entrance, gravel driveway with private parking, 5 star accommodation and uninterrupted views of the sea, a huge garden and pets accepted on request.

To book we require a 30% non refundable deposit with £25 admin fee to secure your holiday, the balance + £500 refundable breakages deposit is then due 8 weeks prior to your arrival. If booking withing 8 weeks we require the full balance.

We had a fantastic week in the most fabulous house which everyone immediately fell in love with. It's got a very chic boutique feel to the house & felt very much home from home.

A very comfortable and spacious property

This is a very comfortable and spacious property, clean and well maintained. The large garden was a real bonus. The beaches and countryside nearby are lovely. The housekeeper was very helpful and the freshly baked cake, bread and wine on arrival a nice touch. We had a great stay.

The beach is about a 5 min walk from the house.


Bembridge has a private airport if you are thinking of flying. OtherwiseTo get to the Island ferries run from the South of England, only 67 miles from London! Car ferries: Wightlink (Portsmouth to Fishbourne or Lymington to Yarmouth); Red Funnel (Southampton to East Cowes). Other forms of transport include Hovertravel, foot passengers only (Southsea to Ryde), Wightlink catarman, foot passengers only (Portsmouth to Ryde) and Red Jet (Southampton to Cowes).


The main village of Bembridge is about a 5 min car journey where there is a fish monger, butcher, baker, coffee shops.

The Island has great restaurants of which there are a couple in Bembridge and neighboring St Helens and Seaview. Bank : Lloyds Bank in Bembridge otherwise in Ryde about 10 mins away. Supermarkets, Sainsburys, Waitrose, Tescos all deliver, also a local co op and larger co ops in Bembridge.
