About Sally Kinnear

We're a family of 4, love the outdoors also have a passion for renovating beautiful old properties.

Sally Kinnear purchased this farmhouse in 2001

Why Sally Kinnear chose Pembroke, Tenby, Saundersfoot & The South Coast

Literally the best place in the world for quality of life. The unspoilt award winning coastline in Britain's only purely coastal National Park. Community spirit is really alive. Sports and outdoor activities really enjoyed by all. History is in evidence everywhere, Castles (there are loads of them) St David's Cathedral, the Blue Stones in the Prescelli Mountains all have a story to tell. The cultural arts from painters to performers, there's something in the air!

Cafe culture and individual boutique shops in places like Narberth, beautiful colourful architecture and golden beaches in Tenby. Torch Theatre in Milford Haven.

A day trip to Ireland from Pembroke Dock is possible too.

What makes this farmhouse unique

The farmhouse at Cardeeth is a real gem. The beautifully proportioned rooms with original features like the wide staircase for the ladies in their crinolin skirts, log fires, a cellar, great big stone flagged kitchen with slate flagged floor, an Aga and 2 huge oak tables, one in the kitchen and one in the dining room.

Wonderful gardens, outdoor furniture and BBQ. Access down a lane, footpaths to the village for a pub meal and pint. Walk or jog the Mill mile in Carew, especially early morning to catch a mist on the Mill pond or a sunrise behind the castle.

Because of the central location its just 4 to 6 miles to so many golden beaches, seaside towns, visitor attractions especially Heatherton, Manor House Zoo, Oakwood, The Dinosaur Park Folly Farm, Tenby and Trefloyne golf courses.
