About the property

Villa in Les Issambres, Nr. Ste Maxime, Provence, France - Tranquil location, with stunning views. Only 1.5km from the beach, shops, cafes and restaurants

Villa du Soleil is a recently built two bedroom house (third from the left in the main picture) with a private garden, covered terrace and shared pool. It is beautifully situated on the hillside above the charming coastal village of Les Issambres, between Cannes & St Tropez.

Situated approximately 1.5km from sandy beaches, restaurants and shops, the house is ideally located to experience the many attractions that the Cote d'Azur holds all of which are a short drive or boat ride away.

The house is part of a small, exclusive development set in a quiet location with views over the Provencal hills and the coastline of the bay of St Tropez. It has a covered terrace and a private south facing garden which is perfect for al fresco dining. Electronic entrance gates and private parking ensure complete security. A shared pool is only a few seconds walk from the house.

The house is furnished to a modern standard with ceramic tiled floors throughout. It is fully equipped with bedding and towels as well as a cot, high chair and stair gates for guests with young children. Free wi-fi.

Les Issambres is a wonderful, bustling village with a character all of it's own. The village offers all the amenities you might need including two small supermarkets, patisserie, butcher, pharmacy, newsagent and banks, along with bars, cafes, pizzerias and restaurants.

On Mondays a traditional Provencal market is held in the village square with stalls selling local produce. During the summer there are firework displays on the beach and craft markets are held regularly during the evening on the promenade. There are several golf courses nearby, sailing schools/ jet ski and a Thalassotherapy spa.

St Tropez (24km) is a short boat ride away, as is the quaint village of Port Grimaud, otherwise known as Little Venice. Or take a drive along the scenic Corniche road to visit Cannes (49km), Nice (85km) and Monaco (99km). Alternatively, head inland to the breathtaking Gorges du Verdon (97km) regarded as the Grand Canyon of Europe.

Families can build sandcastles on the sandy beaches at Les Issambres (1km), Ste Maxime (8km), St Aygulf (6km) or Frejus (13km). Or, if you are thrill seeking, visit Aqualand at Frejus - the biggest water park on the the Cote d'Azur - or at Ste Maxime.

Notes on accommodation: The house forms part of a small, private community. Access is via electronic gates. Outside: There is a covered loggia, which provides shade from the midday sun. The garden is laid to lawn and is private. There is an electric BBQ, outdoor table and chairs, and sun loungers. The swimming pool is shared and only a short distance from the house; we have lightweight loungers which our guests are welcome to use at the pool. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Bathroom towels included (we kindly ask guests to bring their own beach/pool towels). Kitchen and bedroom linen is all inclusive.

Refundable Damage Deposit £400

Booking Notes:
A deposit of 30% of the final price is required at the time of booking. The balance is due eight weeks before the start of the holiday, along with a security deposit of £400. This will be refunded on your return, providing there is no major damage/breakages. A full list of T&Cs is given to guests at the time of booking.

Changeover Day:
Changeover day is Saturday. We ask guests to arrive between 4 - 6pm. We ask guests to depart by 10am, to allow cleaning to start.

A deposit of 30% is payable to secure the booking. The remainder of the rent plus a security deposit of £400 is due eight weeks prior to the stay.

Owner's Cancellation Policy

  • 50% refund for cancellations more than 7 days before check-in date.
  • 100% refund for cancellations more than 14 days before check-in date.
