Apartment in Courchevel, Savoie, Rhone-Alpes, France - Very Peaceful Location. View Of Mountains From South Facing Balcony

This 37 sqm apartment was completely renovated in 2006 and further improvements were carried out in summer 2013. It sleeps 4 comfortably – 2 singles in the bedroom (both mattresses replaced in 2015 with luxury types) and 2 singles in the living area. The balcony is south facing with a view of the mountains and is situated just off the Folyeres piste, allowing you to ski to the front door and down to the lifts, from where you can access all 600 km of the 3 valleys ski area. The balcony is very private and at times so peaceful you can hear the snow melt! The apartment is fully equipped to include free hi speed Wifi, open plan living/dining area with flat screen TV with integrated DVD player and bathroom with washing machine.

I love la Tania for its accessibility to the 3 Valleys ski area and for the cosy, community feel for the place. Its great for families - also a fantastic location in the summer. We love it!

This place was great. We were maybe 20 meters from where we could ski from/to, and it would be closer to 10 in season. It was more than enough space for 2, could have had 3-4 without an issue, and though we didn't touch the kitchen, it looked like it would have had what we needed.



We enjoyed our stay in Seamus' apartment. It was clean and had towels and everything. Wifi worked very well too.

The best thing is that it is really ski to door, the lifts are a couple of minutes skiing away. And the village itself is quite cosy and everything is basically around the corner. Thanks a lot!



Seamus was really fast to answer each of my questions. The apartment was exactly as described and offers great value! The ski domain of the 3 vallées is huge and right there for you.

We spent one week on february 2016 in Seamus apartment.

We know La Tania pretty well as we come here for skiing for four years. We rented twice in La Saboia, so we knew we were in a ski in/ski out appartment and it's very convenient.

The appartment was nice, sunny (south facing). Pictures on the website speak for themselves. It was clean and had everything necessary (as we cooked a little, may I suggest some additionnal forks and knives...). Towels and bed linen were provided. The ski locker is large. There is a private parking outside. The Wi-Fi works very well. It's very easy to pick up and leave the keys with the secure key locker next to the door.

Seamus (who speaks a great French, better than my English) sent us all the details we needed to know before our arrival, and we appreciated that ! He's very prompt to answer any question. As we should arrive early on the changeover day, he contacted the housekeeper and asked her to do her best to prepare the appartment the earliest, which she did.

Do not hesitate to rent this apartment, Seamus is a serious and trustful host.
