These apartments were designed by renowned Spanish architect Melvin Villarroel and are the largest apartments on any of the Polaris World resorts in the area. This penthouse apartment has been furnished for a home-from-home feel and has been equipped with everything you could need for a perfect relaxing holiday. There is integral air conditioning, which provides hot and cool air as required. In the large open-plan lounge and dining area, there is a comfortable leather corner sofa and a modern dining table and four chairs. There is a LCD TV with UK TV channels, free WiFi, a music system and a PS3 for playing games or DVD’s/BluRay discs. From the dining area, there is access into the semi-open plan spacious and stylish fitted kitchen, equipped with dishwasher, fridge freezer, oven, hob, microwave and washing machine. The master bedroom has a lovely double bed and has a double built-in wardrobe with plenty of hanging and storage space. The sliding patio doors lead directly out from the bedroom to the terrace and there is a large en-suite bathroom with twin basins, bath with shower over, wc and bidet. A hair dryer is also provided. The second bedroom has twin bedrooms and a window with a lovely view over the resort. The separate shower room is situated next to this bedroom and has an extra large walk-in shower area, washbasin, and wc. Sliding patio doors lead out from the lounge to the private terrace with an outside lounge and dining area and stunning views over the gardens, swimming pool and golf course and benefits from the afternoon sun. The nearest communal pool is just a few steps from the apartment stairwell and all 15 pools have both a children's pool and a large main pool and are all fenced in for additional child safety. The pool areas are all set in amongst large open grassy gardens with palm & olive trees and an array of tropical plants. The property is located about 10 minutes walk away from a children's play park which has slides, climbing frames, see-saws and swings. Activity and Interests
A 10-minute drive will take you to the nearest beach at Los Alcazares, with many more stretches of unspoiled sandy beaches within easy reach. Los Alcazares and other nearby resorts of Los Narejos, San Pedro del Pinatar, Santiago de la Ribiera and Lo Pagan are situated on the Mar Menor, which is the largest natural lagoon in Europe and has warm, calm waters. A little further North up the coast you will find beautiful, pale sand beaches bordering the Mediterranean on the Southern Costa Blanca.
The region is easily accessible, with Alicante airport approximately 90km to the North and San Javier airport situated just next to the Mar Menor, approximately 15 minutes from the resort. Several budget airlines serve both airports. Car hire is recommended to visit the local beaches and explore the area. However, this is not essential as all amenities such as a supermarket, bars and restaurants, are available on the resort. Airport transfers can be arranged at an additional cost.

Notes on prices:
Prices include cleaning and laundry. Although minimum stay is shown as 1 week, we may be able to accommodate shorter stays. However, in these cases an additional cleaning and laundry charge would be payable.
Longer term lets:
This property is also available for longer term winter lets at reduced rates. Please contact us with your requirements.
Changeover day is flexible. Usual arrival time is 5.00pm and departure time 11.00am, however we may be able to accommodate early arrivals/late departures. Please enquire when booking.
A non-refundable deposit of 25% or £100, whichever is the greater, is payable to confirm the booking. The remaining balance plus a £200 damage deposit is payable 8 weeks prior to the date of arrival. For bookings made within 8 weeks of arrival, the full amount is payable. Damage deposit is refunded upon satisfactory inspection of the property following departure.
