About the Owner
My husband, two daughters & myself continue to enjoy wonderful holidays at our flat, for so many reasons. The view from our balcony is so relaxing and beautiful, with the beach only a 5 minute walk from our door. We are surrounded by an amazing choice of restaurants and have become used to eating out every night, sometimes at the high quality restaurants on the beach and other times wandering into the vibrant and welcoming town of Lagos, only a 5 minute drive away.
We have brought the girls here during the Easter Break to provide them with a more relaxing environment for their exam revision which has worked well for years, and during our stays we enjoy days out at the many stunning towns all around, and various visitor attractions. We look forward to many more wonderful family holidays.

Lovely modern spacious sea view apartment
Lovely well equipped modern apartment with sea view and in quiet area. 5 minutes to beach and restaurants. Best located top floor apartment in small development. Two comfortable spacious bedrooms, living room, kitchen and balconies. Great base for a stay at Porto de Mos, Lagos and the beaches of the Western Algarve. Very helpful and responsive owner and local manager.
Spacious, well equipped, beautiful apartment
The apartment is in a quiet area, one of only around 10 apartments sharing a pool. The outside areas were well kept, the pool was great and unlike a big hotel it was quiet and relaxing. The manager met us and explained everything on our arrival and the owners were contactable at any time prior to our stay and helped with any questions we had.
The apartment was spacious, with two bathrooms! We had a fab view of the sea from the balcony. The apartment is well decorated and furnished throughout. We will be planning another holiday here soon.
Fantastic apartment in a great location!
We had a very pleasant stay in this apartment, which is part of a samll building in a fairly new neighborhood in Lagos. The apartment is well appointed, with all the basics needed for a comfortable stay. Its location if fantastic, as it offers ocean view and is only a 5-minute walk to the beach (this is a fairly quiet beach too). The communication with the owner was very easy and the manager helped us settle in at our arrival without any trouble.
Lagos is a beautiful little town, with many activities to enjoy, and this apartment is the perfect base to enjoy this part of the Algarve region.
A great apartment with excellent sea views
Well appointed and high standard apartment. A great shared pool. But best of all only a 5min walk to Porto Do Mos Beach. Lagos was only 5mins drive or 30min walk away.
Would definitely come back to this apartment and location again.
Perfect! The apartment was spotless and had everything we needed and more. We were greeted and let in promptly which we really appreciated. We were so comfortable and loved the view! Pool was beautiful, and being so close to the sea was a massive bonus. The information file left for us was so helpful and we used it daily and ate in lots of the recommended restaurants which were fab! Would definitely go back!
Holiday in Lagos
Beautiful accommodation and only 5 minutes walk to a lovely beach with two friendly restaurants situated on it...
The villa was very clean and spacious. It has everything you would need already in it. We were greeted by Dina, who showed us around and made sure we settled before she left, even though we arrived late in the evening. The pool area was cleaned each day, and the plants were tendered to also. It was spotless. We enjoyed the odd day just relaxing by the apartment.
The other days we went down to the beach, which has easy access via some steps at the side of the villa. There are 2 restaurants on either side, but as a personal preference, we liked CampiMar, with lovely friendly staff, good cocktails and gorgeous food. (A must try for meat eaters, the Beef Loin Portuguese style). We enjoyed coffee and breakfast here each morning.
There is a bus stop at the beach by CamiMar for the bus that takes you into Lagos town centre, we didn't take the bus, but we were told it is about 1.20 for a returned ticket. In the evenings we took a taxi from the villa to the town (6 – 7 Euros), where there are plenty of restaurants and bars for you enjoy.
We planned for our holiday to be all about relaxing and time away from our hectic lives, and I can say, this holiday was all that we wished for, and we are hoping to go back with our children next year, who I know will also love it!

“We love this property as it is in an ideal location that is relaxing, beautiful and caters for all ages. It has it's own pool in pretty gardens if you want to stay home & relax, or a large balcony with a sea view where you can eat day or night. It's a 5 minute walk from a stunning beach, which during the summer provides water sports and activities. It's a 5 minute drive from the main beautiful town of Lagos, a delight day or evening, with a varied range of shops and something going on for all ages. You will certainly never run out of excellent choices for somewhere to eat. It is near 2 first class golf courses, fantastic restaurants, great waterparks, the superb Zoomarine and many stunning local towns. After 7 years we still love going there and have many places still to discover.”
Activity and Interests
It is a 5 minute walk to the stunning Porto Mos beach and a 5 minute drive to the beach at Lagos. There are many beautiful cove beaches a short drive away
Faro airport is 50 minutes by car which is serviced directly by the A22 Motorway.
I would recommend car hire if you wish to take advantage of the many beautiful sites and attractions there are to visit within an hours drive from the apartment.
However there are many taxis available in Lagos should this not be possible.
Within a 30 - 45 minute drive you have Alvor, Sagres, Praia da Luz, Portimao, Silves and Cape Saint Vincent the southwesternmost point in Portugal.
Zoomarine, Aqualand and Slide and Splash are all within a 25 minute drive.
Lagos itself is a 5 minute drive with plenty there to interest you from water sports, boat trips, shopping and eating out.

Once you have emailed us we can discuss your arrival dates. A booking deposit will be taken straight away of 25% which will be deducted from your balance. The balance will be due 12 weeks before the holiday date. There will be a holding deposit of £500 which will be returnable once our manager has checked the apartment following your departure and ascertained that everything is in good condition.
Fri & Sat preferable but we try to be flexible. Arrival day entry is permitted after 2pm. Please depart on final day by 11am. Should a late departure be required on final day a nominal charge will be made to compensate for the lost nights rental

“This property is built, decorated and furnished to the very highest standard and will provide you with everything you need for a wonderful holiday. If you wish to stay in to eat there is a fully equipped kitchen, the balcony overlooks the sea and the pool, gets the sun all day and is large enough to eat out on. If you prefer to eat inside in the cool, there is a large dining table inside. The bedrooms have a huge amount of wardrobe space with very comfortable beds and there is a Jacuzzi bath with overhead shower as well as a separate shower room. For us it is a home from home and we hope you will also feel very at home there with everything you need around you. There is a choice of excellent supermarkets nearby and we have left a file of info with our favourite restaurant recommendations”

Utility Room: In the cupboard in the hall is a broom, dustpan & brush, ironing board & iron, clothes drying rack and a bucket. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Bathroom towels are included and will be replaced weekly. The apartment will also be cleaned once a week.
