Apartment in St Ives, Cornwall, England - 5 Minutes Walk To The Beach

This is a one bedroom Apartment over looking Porthminster Beach but sleeps 4. The bedroom contains a Super King Size Bed which splits into two single beds. The lounge contains a leather double sofa bed with storage for bed linen underneath.

The bathroom has been recently refurbished with a double shower taken off the hot water system, a WC and Wash hand basin. The kitchenette has a small belling electric oven and electric hobs and fridge.

About the Owner

As a family we have owned the apartment as a holiday home since it was built 30 years ago but only now advertising it.

My parents visited St Ives on their honeymoon 65 years ago and I learnt to walk on Porthminster Beach so it holds lots of very happy memories and hope that others may have the same experiences.

Stunning views, amazing value and immaculate apart

This property is in a wonderful location, the views are breathtaking and it was a real treat to wake up to the beautiful beach each morning. The apartment itself was immaculate and had everything we needed for our week's stay. It was a bonus to have parking as this is few and far between in St Ives. The holiday was great value for money and it was a pleasure dealing with the owner Tracy. This is definitely a place that I will stay in again and recommend to anyone looking for a Cornish break

Really comfortable accomodation

The apartment was clean, cosy and fully equipped. The facilities were good and the bed was super comfortable. The secure parking was excellent and being away from the seagulls was a added bonus! Tracy made the whole booking process easy and was available to answer any queries. Hopefully, we will stay again and I recommend this apartment to anyone who wants a good base to explore St Ives and the surrounding area. Thanks Tracy!

Perfectly Located Accommodation with Parking

Firstly the car parking is safe and convenient. The view from the apartment is wonderful. Although as the owner pointed out there is no maid service, the place was found to be clean and well equipped. The location in St Ives was found to be ideal - just a couple of minutes walk into the town, harbour and beaches. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend. Hope to visit again soon.

Brilliant Stay in Lovely Flat :)

We had a lovely week in St Ives. The flat was brilliant as it was so close to the town and harbour and has an amazing view from the living room window to the beautiful beach. The flat had everything we needed and was great to have a car parking space. Would stay again :)

A caretaker on site every morning. Communal Utility room and rubbish area. Outside: There are no gardens included with the property Utility Room: As the apartment is in a block of 44, there is a communal utility room in the rear car park area, this houses a washing machine which costs £4 with 4 £1 coins, this includes the washing liquid and conditioner and the tumbler dryer which cost 20p for 20 mi Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: There is no cleaning service, and should be left as found. No linen or towels provided but these can be hired through star linen. To order they need at least 1 week notice
