Casa enrico is in an elavated position with views that will take your breath away, having 2 bedrooms both with sea views and two bathrooms both with showers, a modern kitchen which is well aquiped with fridge freezer, oven, hob, sink and living area, with a table and chairs there are large patio doors leading to a veranda with table and chairs for eating outside or just to relax with a glass of wine in the evening. The property is equiped with a good air conditioning system, sat tv parking outside your door. This is the first time this property has been rented and is very clean and tidy.

About the Owner

My name is Stephen Morgan I moved to Iglesias Sardinia to get out of the rat race and have not looked back since. Sardinia is a beautiful country and in terms of tourism is very undiscovered and a peaceful place to live. I enjoy fishing, snorkelling in crystal blue waters and hiking and mountain biking in the mountains or along stunning coastal paths. I live in a small house in the country which i built myself and grow some of my own fruit and veg and live a very healthy Mediterranean lifestyle. You are always welcome to join me on my adventures. The best thing about this property is its position with fantastic views and easy access. With parking outside the door, local shops just a stones throw away, but the main thing has to be you have the luxury of the use of the swimming pool, but you are in an elevated position and far enough away not here the noise of the pool, and in the summer months a welcoming breeze through the large patio doors that look out to sea.

The closest beach is the one in the complex which is a small cove made up of pebbles and rocks, but is a difficult path and may not be sutable for small children. The main beaches are just 10 mins drive by car, best and most popular beach is Masua 10 mins by car or 30 mins walking.


Cagliari airport is the closest beach about 50 mins by car. The same for the port.

Booking Notes:
Booking is easy just 100€ for each week of your stay then pay the rest when you arrive.

Changeover Day:
We are flexible for changeover days but if possible saterdays are prefered in the main seasons, with limits on arrival times before 2200 hrs after 2200 hrs there is a 25€ cost.

Notes on prices:
All the prices inc bedding, linen, towels, etc and based on 2 persons there is a service charge of 60€ which should have been added to the rental cost.
Cost for extra person is € 7 per person per night.
Deposit of 100€ for each week, then the balance paid on arrival.
A deposit of 100€ for damage is required and can be paid on arrival then returned to you after your stay.

Manager's Cancellation Policy

  • 50% refund for cancellations more than 30 days before check-in date.
  • 100% refund for cancellations more than 60 days before check-in date.

Easy access and fantastic views with the most remarkable sunsets you have ever seen. The use of the pool but you cant see it or hear it. Also the fact that it has two bathrooms helps.
