About this property

Beautiful villa with large garden and superb panoramic views. High quality fixtures and fittings throughout with bedrooms and living areas air-conditioned. The gardens extends to 3,000 square meters with terraces, grassed areas and olive trees. There is direct access to the Siagne canal via a gate in the garden - a lovely spot for running and walking. The private salt water pool is heated and there is a large petanque with summer kitchen in the garden - great for spending lazy afternoons at the house. There is private gated parking for several cars. Cleaning services: The villa will be cleaned prior to your arrival, there will be a light mid-week clean and a full weekly clean. Linen, towels and pool towels are provided and changed weekly. The property enjoys sun all day long with beautiful sunsets behind the hills of Grasse.

What a wonderful house and great host

We had a super holiday at Michala's wonderful home in Mouans Sartoux. The house was very comfortable, clean and so well equipped. We took advantage of Michala's excellent recommendations for local restaurants, however, the kitchen was so well equipped we could have happily cooked and hosted a dinner party for ten people. Mouans Sartoux was a great location as a base to explore the Cote d'Azure. The train station is only 10 minutes walk from the house and the A8 only 10 minutes by car. We relaxed by the pool during the day, went out to explore and had dinner late afternoon and returned later to enjoy the super night-time view from the terrace over the valley towards Grasse. Last but certainly not least, Michala was a wonderful host. We thought we might not be able to travel at one point and she was accommodating and so helpful - great communication. So pleased we made it!

Beautiful French Villa in the heart of Provence

Great Villa with an amazing panoramic view. I enjoyed the open space layout of the house, the ample kitchen fully equipped, the modern amenities and the overall functionality of the house. Outside on the large terrace we had many sunset dinners sipping rose wine. We also spent a lot of time in the pool and on the bocce field. Central to beaches, shopping centers, restaurants, historic landmarks, airports etc. Prompt response from the owners for anything you needed. Overall great experience. Highly recommend it

Magical, inviting, soothing, AMAZING!

The villa was truly magical, while also invoking a sense of "home". The community areas are large enough that you never feel crowded and there are several places to "hide" within the property for true soul searching/peace with a magnificent view at every turn. Very well maintained, and quaint restaurants/shops just a short walk away, but not too close(you still feel tucked away). HIGHLY recommend!!

Absolutly amazing views

I spent few glorious days in that beautiful villa in South of France in October. The house has hypnotising views and all the surroundings and accommodies were perfect, modern facilities but still warm and welcoming vibe

Great holiday

We had a wonderful holiday in Mouans Sartoux. The villa was exactly as described and well equipped. We loved the heated pool and watched many a glorious sunset from the terrace. Michala, the owner, was extremely approachable and helpful all the way and tiny niggles got sorted out very quickly with the help of Mireille, the lovely housekeeper. We will definitely come back.

We are a French/Danish family with 2 children who live and work in between France and London. We love to spend time with friends and family at our home in Mouans Sartoux. We enjoy the local rose while watching the amazing crimson sunsets from the terrace of the house in Mouans Sartoux - the girls call them 'sundowners' - followed by long dinners under the stars before a late night dip in the warm pool. We are very excited about the opportunity to share this magical place with you.

Why they chose this property

We spent 2 years looking for our perfect place to make our home. We then spent another year renovating and rebuilding the villa. We love the location in between the mountains and the sea and within such easy access of the charming villages of Mouans Sartoux, Valbonne and Mougins.
