Beautifully designed and decorated 1 Bedroom duplex apartment of 120sq m on an up market complex (with Swimming Pool Tennis Court, Snack bar and Gardens). Set on a hill above Albufeira Old Town the complex affords stunning views across Albufeira, the Sea and countryside. The complex is 10 minutes walk from the old town, the beach and the Marina, making it ideal for exploring the local facilities, or relaxing away from it all. The apartment is very comfortably furnished with the feeling of a little home from home. Downstairs features a fully fitted kitchen with Fridge/Freezer, Cooker, Microwave, Dishwasher and Toaster, also on this level is a Dining Table with seating for 4 people. Down 4 steps to a large lounge with Flat Screen TV, DVD and CD Players, plus 1 Single Bed, a Double Sofa Bed, Single Put u Up Bed, 3 Seat Sofa and 2 Armchairs. Upstairs features a Family Bathroom with Shower, Bath, Bidet, Toilet, SInks and Washing Machine. Next to this is the Master Bedroom with 2 Large Single Beds (pushed together), fitted Wardrobes and Dressing Table. There is an outside upstairs terrace with sun loungers table and chairs, whilst downstairs is a patio area with BBQ and furniture. Both outside areas are south facing and get the sun all day, with view across the gardens and locality to the sea. This is the rear of the property and is very private. THE PROPERTY ALSO HAS FREE WI-FI The well maintained and established gardens are really beautiful and feature many different plants, trees, lawn and cobbled areas. The Windmill which overlooks the pool has been nicely restored and the small caf? offers cool refreshing drinks and light meals.

Why Kevin Patrick chose Albufeira

We were looking to invest in Portugal since 2005 and had another investment which did not materialise. We stayed in Windmill Hill in 2008 and absolutely loved the complex and found that there was a property up for sale, which we decided to buy and we love it.

The Complex is very well maintained.

Outside: The downstairs patio area overlooks the communal grassed garden area and has table and chairs and BBQ. Upstairs there is a good size balcony, which is equipped with sunbeds etc and captures the sun from mid morning until late in the evening. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Linen and towels (except beach towels) are provided and there is a maid service twice a week.

very good lovely complex

the apt was lovely, clean very spacious set in lovely grounds.the complex it was on was very nice spotless clean and nice staff very polite.the walk in to town was about 10 mins walk back up the hill was about 20mins.there was a lot of shops lovely resturants. the beach was lovely thanks to kevin and family for a lovely stay
