Excellent property!

5 of us stayed here, ranging from the age of 13 to 85. Great house, spacious and car parking which is unusual in St Ives. Outside space too. Would definitely stay again!

Nice terrace cottage in excellent location

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay in Sea Breeze cottage. The house has everything you could ask for cooking and living in.

Great location for enjoying all St Ives and the parking space is a really big plus.

Lovely property in a great location

We had a lovely stay in St Ives. The property is in a great position close to the town, harbour and beaches. The cinema is very close by and great for keeping an 11 and a 15 year old entertained on the one rainy day. Everything you need is a short walk away.

The property is very clean and well maintained. My daughter absolutely loved the attic bedroom which has a view to the sea.

We would certainly recommend this property.

Seabreeze - end of July 2016

We found Seebreeze to be situated in a fantastic location of St Ives, within easy walking distance of all amenities and beaches. The parking space was a real premium, because it does get extremely busy. We only needed to use our car once during our stay as everything was close at hand.

The accommodation was very comfortable, clean and tidy. An additional toilet would have been a bonus, but we managed fine - even with three teenage boys! It had everything required for a lovely stay, with the WiFi being a big advantage.

The beaches were amazing - Porthminster being our favourite. There were lots of lovely places to eat and drink, although it would be advisable to book a table (if possible), as it does get very busy. One word of warning - be careful eating outside as the seagulls are a nuisance and will not hesitate to snatch your pastie or ice cream from your hands!!

The property is ideal for a holiday 5 mins from harbour beach and shops.

Very clean with some nice home comforts.

Appliances all worked

I took my 2 young Grandchildren and we had a fantastic holiday

Location

From the Owner

We have visited cornwall for the last 15 years and have always been attracted to the area around St.Ives. Our holiday home Seabreeze was purchased in 2013 and is a granite house which has been fully renovated. We intend to relocate to St.Ives eventually to take full advantage of its all year vibrant character and southerly climate.

Booking Notes:
Provisional bookings can be made by phone or email. These will be held for 5 days pending receipt of a completed Booking Form by post or email together with a deposit of £150 per week being booked. The balance payment is due 8 weeks before the holiday commences. A Security Deposit payment of £150 is required alongside payment of the balance/full rental payment.

Changeover Day:
Changeover day is Saturday. Arrival 3:00pm and 10:00am Departure. A text will be sent if the property is ready sooner. Flexible arrangements or short breaks may be available out of season.

Notes on prices:
Gas, electric, towels, tea towel, dish washing sponge and cloth, washing up liquid, hand wash, toilet roll, bed linen, unlimited WiFi, free ample parking for 2 average cars, Welcome pack includes milk, coffee, tea, sugar and biscuits. Travel cot and mattress available (please bring own linen) and high chair booster seat are included
