Stylish, modern apartment in quiet location yet with direct access from the terrace, via steps, directly into the heart of Santa Catalina village with its restaurants, shops and beaches. From the private terrace there are panoramic views of the harbour and the mountains. Unusually for this area, the apartment offers private parking (very important in the summer months).
One bedroom, with kingsize bed, opens directly on to the terrace, second bedroom has two single beds. Two bathrooms, air conditioning/heating, wi-fi and UK satellite tv.
Please note that the downside of the fantastic views is that there are steps involved in accessing the apartment and it therefore may not be suitable for those with mobility issues.

We first visited Port de Soller over 10 years ago and instantly fell in love with it. Despite having travelled to many parts of the world, it is the only place that we have wanted to repeatedly revisit.
Eventually we decided to buy a property which we are now pleased to share with you. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do.

Modern apartment with a great view.
A fantastic modern and stylish apartment that has everything you need including a wonderful kitchen. A local contact is always available and very helpful. Property accessed by numerous steps but as a result the view is amazing - highly recommend.
Stunning views, lovely apartment
This beautiful apartment is perfectly situated, just a few minutes from the action but far away enough away not to be disturbed. The view from the spacious and comfortably furnished terrace was stunning, there were shady areas all through the day which was ideal as it was very hot during our stay. There was also a small terrace below in full sun for dedicated sun worshippers.
Inside is spotless, beautifully furnished and well equipped, beds are comfy and the air conditioning is efficient. The rainfall showers were excellent!
Port de Soller is lovely, especially in the morning and late afternoon when day trippers have gone back, that said even in August it was never uncomfortably busy. You really do need to book restaurants especially if you want to eat between 8-8:30. Kingfisher was our favourite, in high season that needs to be booked well in advance. Sa Barca was also very good. We weren't keen on LK Lounge which was recommended to us, the day we went the service was rushed, verging on rude, and food was just OK.
Soller was great too, especially in the morning before train from Palma arrives.
All in all we had a great break and I highly recommend this apartment, which is probably the nicest we have ever stayed in!
Gorgeous apartment with incredible views.
We didn't want to leave this beautiful and spacious apartment! It was extremely comfortable, clean and very well equipped. The views from the balcony of the mountains and Port de Soller are truly spectacular. We would highly recommend staying here. Jane, Immi and Clara.
We stayed in pat and Malcolm's apartment for 9days everything about the their apartment is fantastic very comfortable bright and spacious and the view over the harbour is amazing .we arrived early and Cheryl had the apartment ready for us which was great.As for port de soller this was our second year here we love it very relaxing and the restaurants are fantastic word of warning you need to book most of them in advance all in all a great place for a holiday .
Fabulous apartment with stunning views
The location of the apartment was perfect with breathtaking views from the beautiful balcony over the marina, promenade, bay and distant mountains. It was very hard to draw ourselves away from the balcony! The apartment was so easy and comfortable to live in thanks to the very high standard of furnishings, fittings and appliances. It was spotless, spacious, bright and stylish. Pat and Malcolm have thought of everything that guests could ever need. Cheryl, who looks after the apartment superbly, greeted us warmly and helped us settle in. She lives in the adjacent block - which is very reassuring!
Visitors do need to be aware that in accessing the apartment there are a lot of steps to negotiate, but we found no great difficulty in that.
We really loved Port de Soller and can recommend two eating places in particular - Sa Barca restaurant and Don Pedro cafe.
We felt privileged to stay in such a lovely apartment.

Activity and Interests
The nearest beach is within 5 minutes walk. Further beaches are an easy walk around the bay. Sun loungers, umbrellas and water sports are available.
Travel to Palma de Mallorca and arrive by taxi, public transport or rental car.
It is possible to enjoy a holiday in Port de Soller without a car as local transport is available and there is much to see in the local area. The tram to Soller is just below the apartment (you can even watch it coming round the bay and be at the tram station in time to catch it!). However, use of a car will extend the areas that you can explore.
Local supermarkets, shops and banks are very close. There is a local market in Port de Soller on Thursdays and a visit to Soller on market day (Saturday) is a 'must'.
The Soller valley is a fantastic place for walking and cycling holidays, particularly in the Spring and Autumn.
