This superb family apartment/penthouse in Cabo Pino is situated in the secure gated complex of Mimosa de Cabo Pino, Fase 1 which includes 1 adult and 1 children pools and tropical gardens. The luxury apartment has been designed to a high specification and includes a fully fitted kitchen, air conditioning and heating to all rooms. The lounge area opens onto a very big terrace which overlooks the Mediterranean Sea. To compliment the high specification the apartment has been furnished with quality furniture in all of the rooms. The complex is a short stroll from one of the best beaches in Marbella which includes the Nikki beach bar/club adjacent to the exclusive Don Carlos Hotel. The best golf course Cabo Pino is across the street, and the golf courses of Santa Maria, Santa Clara, and Rio Real are only a short drive away. Local bars, shops and restaurants are only a short stroll away. The apartment is a 35 minute drive from Malaga airport. Marbella is 7km away and Puerto Banus is 12km away.

Outside: Beautifully maintained tropical gardens, 1 adult pool and 1 children pool. Sun loungers are available by the pools. Sauna with shower and toilet facilities. Utility Room: Washing machine and separate tumble dryer, sink, water heater, ironing board, iron and drying rack. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: House towels and bed linen are provided. Beach towels are not provided, but may be rented for EUR5 each per stay. Other: A comfortable Reading/Breakfast room is on one side of the terrace.

One of the best apartments we've stayed in. We especially loved the huge terrace and spent most of our time out there.

Kitchen was very well equipped, it was a pleasure to cook in and enjoyed our own freshly squeezed orange in the morning from the juicer.

The apartment is beautifully furnished and very comfortable, would definitely recommend.

This apartment is fantastic and we had a wonderful holiday here. It felt like home from home with everything you could ever need and all your home comforts all being top quality. The location is great and is within walking distance to the beach, harbour, restaurants and bars. The whole process was stress free from booking, paying, being met on arrival and left with contact details in case of any problems, and the return of our deposit on departure. We wouldn't hesitate to book this apartment again.

What an amazing spacious apartment !

We had an extremely comfortable stay at las Mimosas. The penthouse was everything we had hoped for and more. From lovely furnishings to all mod cons in the kitchen (the nesspresso machine was much appreciated after a few late nights in the port). We travelled with two teenagers and they loved the pool and the size of the terrace meant that we could chill out in our own zones. The Cabo Pino beach was typically spanish and we ate at Andy's bar straight off the beach and enjoyed more dressed up evenings out in the Port. The reopening of Kerry's bar/restaurant only 50 metres away enabled us to eat and drink cheaply and the owners family was very welcoming (home cooked british food ) We will definitely be back. Thank you for a lovely two weeks Jim and Trudy Lakin and family.

5 minute gentle stroll will take you to the best beach in Marbella. There are many beach bars and restaurants towards in Cabopino in the east and Marbella in the west. The most famous being Nikki beach bar/club where you can relax outside on 4 poster beds and enjoy lots of music whilst topping up your sun tan. Jetskis, paddle boats and canoes are available to hire along the beach as well as sun loungers and sun shades.

On a clear day you can see Gibraltar and the coast of Africa.


How to get there

Malaga airport is a 35 minutes drive away. Car hire is available at the airport or locally. Taxi cabs are also available at Elviria commercial centre, a 5 minute drive away. A local bus stop is a 5 minute walk away.

Bus services are cheap and excellent.

A bus runs from airport to centre of Marbella (direct, no stops) and either a local bus or taxi can then be taken to access Elviria.


For anyone wanting to explore further Gibraltar is 1.5 hours away by car. Granada or Seville are 2 hours by car. A trip into the mountains to visit the historic town of Ronda is 1.5 hours by car. Marbella centre is 15 minutes away. Puerto Banus, 22 minutes.

You can walk to Cabopino Port, left, and Marbella, right. Stops for drink/food are scattered alongside the sandy beach. I stroll for an hour to my favourite place and sit and drink/eat and watch the lapping waves, and people walking by.

Further Details:

Local supermarkets, banks, shops, bars and restaurants are only a short walk away. La Cañada shopping complex near Marbella is only a short drive away and has a wide choice of shops and eating places. A 24 hour pharmacy is a few minutes drive away along the main road to Cabopino.

Booking Notes:
50% deposit (nonrefundable) payable on booking to a designated bank account with the balance due a minimum of 4 weeks prior to the arrival date. Failure to pay any such balance when due will result in the property being re-advertised and your booking lost. A refundable deposit of EUR150 is required to cover breakages and damages. EUR70 cleaning fee is payable upon final payment. It is hoped that you leave the property in the state that you would wish to find it upon arrival.

Changeover Day:
Departing Guests should leave the property by 11.00. Arriving Guests may occupy the property from 16.00.

Notes on prices:
Prices are for the property per night in Euros. Breakages etc. deposit will be refunded (less any appropriate deductions) in cash at the time of checking out and the keys are handed back. An explanation of any deductions will be provided. Failure to pay any balance due when required will result in loss of your deposit.
