Being totally refurbished but retaining many original features Courtyard Farm cottages offer perfect holiday accommodation. Converted from farm buildings around a central courtyard in 10 acres of land in this area of outstanding natural beauty. There are many lovely walks on your doorstep with beaches and fishing harbours just a short car journey away. Courtyard Farm is situated at the head of the Valency Valley within easy reach of one the most beautiful and dramatic coastlines in England. The cottages were once a 17th century mill, now lovingly converted into quality holiday accommodation. The North Cornwall Atlantic Coast includes over 60 miles of spectacular cliffs, beaches and coves. We are ideally located for anyone wishing to explore this beautiful coastline, or venture inland and discover the many towns and villages that are steeped in history and legend. Only a short distance away are many stunning beaches including Trebarwith and, Daymer Bay, Widemouth Bay, Crackington Haven and Polzeath. Bossiney Beach and Strangles are approached, like many Cornish coves, by dramatic cliff walks. Port Isaac is a quiet picturesque fishing village, in contrast to the hustle and bustle of the popular harbour at Padstow. Also nearby is Tintagel with its old Post Office and legendary King Arthur's Castle overlooking the sea, just waiting to be explored. Take a stroll around the shops in Wadebridge and hire a bicycle to ride along the Camel Trail. Venture onto the rugged landscape of Bodmin Moor, steeped in history and ghost stories. Further along the coast is Bude, with excellent leisure facilities, beaches, shops and an 18-hole golf course.

Totally refurbished, Mill End Cottage has 2 bedrooms, one double and one twin, the lounge has french doors that lead out onto a good sized private decking area with glazed sides taking advantage of the stunning views of the Valency valley and out to sea.

The separate kitchen /dining area has a newly fitted kitchen with everything you would need to include large fridge/freezer oven, hob,built in wall mounted microwave and built in wine cooler. The dining area again looks out across the valley.

Fantastic! A relaxing week, peaceful location

What a great place. We were looking for something relaxing and in the countryside. This was perfect. Remote location within 30mins to most major attractions in Cornwall. Great cottages with all you could want.

Peaceful location

Can't add much more than the other reviews. Remote location so a car is essential. Roads were under repair around the property during our stay so some roads were closed and diversions in effect. Some routes to the property involve extremely narrow roads wide enough only for a single car so be prepared. Spotlessly clean and very comfortable with all amenities. Good wifi.

Lovely peaceful holiday retreat

Mill End is a spacious modern cottage with lovely open views to the countryside and the sea. It has everything you need for a self catering holiday either for couples or families alike. There are plenty of beautiful and interesting places to visit in the area, however a car is a must as Mill End is very rural which is what makes it so special.

Relaxing in a beautiful,peaceful location

Stayed in Mill End for a few days and found everythng we could have wanted and more.

Spotlessly clean throughout.

State of the art interior design and excellent

cooking facilities in a modern kitchen area.

Comfortable clean bedding and bedrooms. A beautiful view out of the rear of the building from a large decking area.

The proprietor (Sean) couldn't have been more been more friendly and welcoming.

We have already booked for our next stay in a few weeks time-can't wait to go back!
