Apartment in Villotel, Moraira, Costa Blanca North, Spain - Peaceful Location, 5 Minutes Drive To Moraira Town Centre And Beaches


Situated on the outskirts of Moraira, Casita Doris is a 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment on the picturesque and peaceful Villotel Urbanisation. Villotel has a huge communal swimming pool, a short walk from the property. Also a tennis court for residents' use. There are several bars, restaurants and supermarkets within walking distance. Moraira is 5 minutes by car, Javea/Xabia 15 minutes. The apartment has been completely refurbished to a very high standard, in a cool, contemporary style, as you can see from the photos. There is a large lounge/dining room with satellite TV, showing all Freeview HD British channels, together with a radio/cd/MP3 player. The lounge doors open out onto the balcony which has a further dining table and chairs for 6, a BBQ and a sofa and armchairs. There are beautiful views of the surrounding countryside and Montgo Mountain. Off the lounge is the well equipped kitchen, with a granite breakfast bar and wood worktops. The master bedroom has a king size bed, Satellite TV, a dressing room and en-suite wet room. The second bedroom has a double bed and its own door onto the balcony. The third bedroom has twin beds. All bedrooms have double wardrobes. There is also a large family shower room. Air conditioning in lounge and all bedrooms. At the rear of the property there is a small garden with table and chairs. There is undercover parking for one car, plus plenty of on-street parking space. Please note, there are 11 steps leading up to the apartment from the street, so not suitable for those with mobility problems. However, the apartment is all on one level. Wifi included.

The apartment is registered with the Generalitat Valenciana as a "Vivenda Turistica" (holiday dwelling). This is a legal requirement from January 2015 for all holiday rental properties. The registration number is VT-443608-A. Our certificate is displayed in the apartment, and a copy is available on request when booking.

Having lived in Moraira ourselves for the past two years, we cannot imagine a better area to spend a family holiday. We have spent a great deal of care and attention in making Casita Doris the perfect holiday home, with no expense spared. We had in mind what we would like to find when we arrived on holiday and hope that we have provided just that - we want you to just drop your suitcases and get on with your holiday!

We manage the property ourselves, so are always on hand if you want suggestions of things to do or places to visit.

Moraira is the most beautiful resort on the Costa Blanca. The resort is a traditional seaside holiday destination, with very few high-rises or hotels. There are many beautiful beaches within a few minutes drive, and you can get up into the mountains and away from it all very quickly.

For foodies, Moraira has a restaurant for every day of the year, many with the type of food and service you would expect in top British restaurants.

Villotel is a lovely Urbanisation, it is peaceful and quiet and has beautiful views over the surrounding area. We thought it the perfect destination for a holiday let.

What makes this apartment unique

The apartment is very spacious and filled with light. The furnishings are all modern, the kitchen is fully equipped with every pot, pan and appliance you could need! Lovely balcony and rear garden.

charcterful, charming and inviting

We had the most wonderful stay never been to Moraira before captured our hearts therefore will be returning next year . The apartment was beautiful exactly as expected fully catered for everything you would need for your self catering holiday . Trevor and Jo are lovely people and was great to meet them always available for help and advice . Apartment swimming pool was only a 2 minute walk fabulous for a good swim or just to float on your lilo , the pool area was never busy no need to reserve sunbeds . Supermarkets are only a 5 minute walk and Moraira town and great beach within 10 minutes by car .We will be booking apartment for 2017 .

Great holiday home, in super location

After a bit of research we decided Moraira would be a great resort for us as a family of 5, a good selection of nearby beaches to explore, interesting towns, nice places to eat out (nothing too loud these days!!) and easy to get too. Trevor and Jo's apartment fitted the bill perfectly.

From our first communication (asking for 10 nights) they couldn't have been more helpful, even recommending a local car hire company to save the fraught collections we have experienced in the past. I called them a couple of times before heading out which again put our minds at rest that we had chosen a genuine place to stay.

Their directions were spot on and they were both there to greet us on arrival and run through a few things, primarily the English TV and wifi which delighted the children.

The apartment itself was spacious and very nicely furnished, a real home from home, the bedrooms all of a good size and bathrooms clean and modern.

Some nice touches where the provision of beach towels, a cool box and sun loungers which we used to take to the communal pool.

The pool was perfect, not too busy with a great big kiddies section and a large deeper section providing plenty of water for all to splash/swim in. It was also reassuring to have a lifeguard poolside every day between 11am-7pm.

There are plenty of supermarkets nearby but the heart of Moraira is just 5 minutes away, what a nice low key town, park just on the outskirts in the free car park and walk the couple of streets to an array of great restaurants, bars and shops. To one side is the town beach and the other the marina.

We visited Javea, Calpe and even went to Benidorm - just to say we'd been, (in fairest it was spotlessly clean with a great beach) but soon headed back to Moraira as it really is a little gem of a resort.

Great layout, spacious, great owners

This property is located in a quiet street though with easy access to all resorts in the Casa Blanca North area.

Three bed apartment is reformed to like new standard inside. UK TV, WIFI and well equipped kitchen.

Communal pool is huge with your quests also welcome.

This is a very cost efficient way to holiday in one of the most sort after areas in Spain, we recommend.

Excellent Apartment and Helpful Owners

From our initial enquiry through to booking and arriving the owners Trevor and Jo where very helpful and friendly. The apartment is exactly as described, spacious and clean with many extras making it a real home from home. The location is very quiet and a short drive (less than five minutes) to the centre of Moraira which offers a wide variety of restaurants and bars and has a really nice relaxed atmosphere. The communal pool is a 1 minute walk from the apartment and the pool is very large compared to most others you would find at a typical holiday complex. The pool was never too busy and was well maintained and clean.

Any family looking for a three bed apartment with all the extras would not need to look any further. I am sure we will be booking this place again.

Great Apartment

Communication from Trevor and Jo was fantastic both before and during our stay so this gave us a lot of confidence. It's also great that they meet you personally with the keys and answer any questions.

The apartment is a great size 3 bed, really lovely bathrooms and very well equipped and maintained. The quality of the bedding, bath and pool towels and kitchen equipment was also really good. The amount of storage is amazing so it can be kept tidy easily during our stay.

The availability of English TV and wifi meant our son was very happy too ;-)

The location is lovely and quiet, yet easy driving distance to loads of locations.

Would definitely stay here again if we came to the same area, thanks for making our holiday so easy and memorable.

Fantastic holiday location

Everything about the accommodation is fantastic. The location, facilities, cleanliness and hospitality cannot be faulted and my family are already trying to plan our next visit to Jo and Trevor. Fast response times and helpful information and guidance are all offered to make the whole process trouble free and very easy.
