Bungalow in Newquay, 4 minutes walk to beach, quiet residential setting

Sleeps 6 (3 bedrooms). Florida View, a lovely semi-detached bungalow in Newquay, North Cornwall. A 4 minutes stroll to large sandy Lusty Glaze beach, Newquay's town shops and main beaches being just a 12 minutes walk away. Florida View is ideally situated being in a quiet residential location on the edge of the town near a beach. There is good standard and fairly spacious Studio chalet in the rear garden that has a kitchen area, T.V., double bed and en-suite shower room (great fun for an older child but also suitable for couples). This Studio Chalet provides the third bedroom. There is a good size well enclosed rear lawn (garden bench and also a small patio) and a front lawn. There is parking in the driveway for 2 cars (bit of a squeeze) and also parking on the road outside the bungalow (no restrictions, usually plenty of room). During the summer Lusty Glaze beach has a restaurant, café, toilets, children's Creche , jet ski hire with optional ski safari for trips further up the coast, surf hire and a daily beach barbecue although of course the facilities may be liable to alteration. A few minutes stroll to the bus stop, with a summer coastal bus service every twenty minutes or so which will take you to Porth (2 miles away with a stunning beach and cafes etc) and a further mile further along to Watergate Bay (a renowned beach with Jamie Olivers restaurant). Or of course travel along the coast in the opposite direction. Newquay is Cornwall's premier beach resort with many attractions and in recent years has reinvented itself with specialist quality restaurants, varied shops, retaining its popularity with both families and couples.

Bedroom 1 has 1 double bed. Bedroom 2 has 1 double bed. Bedroom 3 (in garden chalet, no wardrobe) has 1 double bed. Lounge with wide screen T.V. & DVD. Kitchen/diner with breakfast bar, dining table, gas cooker, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine. Family bathroom with a bath, overhead shower, washbasin and toilet. The garden chalet offers very comfortable studio style accommodation and as well as the double bed has a kitchen area (with a cooker, fridge,freezer),an en-suite shower room (shower unit and toilet), seating and a T.V. An older child will find the chalet great fun but it is also quite suitable for couples.

Linen, central heating (before May 31 and after Sept 6), gas and electric are inclusive. Also feature gas fire in lounge.

Families only. Parking in driveway for 2 cars (a squeeze) and parking on road outside (nearly always plenty of room, no restrictions). 1 dog welcome.
