2 well behaved dogs allowed to stay at the house, free of charge. The waterfalls are great to walk your dogs to, along the banks of the rivers.

There are lovely pet friendly beaches just a 40 minute drive away in summer, to an all year round pet friendly beach, or 20 minutes in the winter to a seasonal pet friendly beach.

Towels & bed linen all provided.

The house also has a travel cot & high chair.

My name is Amanda, I live with my husband Ian & 2 sons Luke & Ryan, on a farm where I work, rearing calves & looking after them through out their lives on the farm. We also have our own sheep. I have 6 dogs, 2 retired & 4 that work the cattle & sheep. Ian is a self employed builder so always busy. We love to get away to Wales when we can as we love walking with the dogs.

Welsh Wonder

"HOME SWEET HOME" that really sums up this delightful house! We felt cosy, relaxed and at home as soon as we arrived and our only regret was that we didn't stay long enough to fully enjoy the house and explore the location even more. In fact we had to prise ourselves out of the house with much sadness. Excellent communication with the owner from the onset and a hassle free booking. The house is in a quiet town location with friendly locals and post office-mini market just around the corner. There are spectacular views of hills/mountains and grazing sheep at the rear - just so typically Welsh! We were greeted with some Welsh goodies on our arrival, which was such a warm and lovely thought by the owners. The house was spacious, extremely clean, had all the mod cons and absolutely everything you need and much much more. We used the house as a base to visit the nearby Beacon Beacons National Park and explore the stunning countryside and mesmerising waterfalls. We cant wait to hopefully stay hear again but this time we will definitely be booking for longer!

Immaculate in Cymllynfell

Set in a typical South Wales village at the foot of the Black Mountains this is ideally located for visiting Swansea, the Gower and the Black Mountains. The property has been recently renovated and decorated and was immaculately presented when we arrived and a few essentials had been kindly left on the kitchen table to get us through the first few hours. The house is well furnished with high quality fittings and the garden is large and secure, being ideal for dogs which are welcome here. There are miles of walks or runs on the doorstep and you could actually spend a week just exploring the area on foot. The neighbourhood is very quiet and there is plenty of space for parking either on the frongbof ghe property or on the road. All in all this is a little gem of a property.

We bought out property here because we love how quiet it is here. The views & walks are amazing. We so look forward to going g to the house as it just gets you away from the real world.

Pembury park with dry ski slopes & toboggan run Also private beach here. £2 per day per car.


14 miles from junction 45 M4


Local shop 5 minutes walk. Good local pub with home cooked food less than a mile. beaches 40 minutes drive. Swansea 14 miles. Bus service to Swansea. Local town 3 miles Ystradgynlais.

Waterfalls within 5 miles of house. Dan yr og off caves close by. Great walks from the house.

Further Details:

Fantastic walking country. Very peaceful. Perfect break to to countryside, stunning views over the Black Mountains & Brecon Beacons. Right in the heart of Welsh waterfalls country.
