The house is situated in an extremely quiet, secure area on a private road with free on-street parking for several cars. The bars, cafes and restaurants of Burriana Beach are just 5 minutes’ walk away with two large supermarkets close by.

About the Owner

I spend my time in Spain and UK, and own a business in Eastern Europe so spend a lot of time travelling! I have been coming to Spain for over 30 years where I now own two lovely properties, a house and an apartment, both purchased in 2013

My girlfriend and I love Nerja – it really has everything. In one sense, it is a small place – only about 20,000 residents – but it has absolutely everything you could need in a holiday destination. Beaches, bars, café, fantastic restaurants, beautiful views, mountains.

Very family friendly, safe, extremely clean and well organized, and only 50 minutes’ drive from Malaga airport.

The property is just five minutes’ walk from the fabulous beach at Burriana with a large choice excellent restaurants, cafes and bars, on a private road with free parkin

“Fantastic location, fantastic views, fantastic house.”

The house is clean, spacious and well equipped. All great, but the best feature by far is the amazing views over Burriana Beach and the Mediterranean. In addition, you are only a short walk from the centre and even closer to a really nice beach.

We stayed just out of the main summer season but the weather was still really good. I can imagine this would be a lovely house in which to stay even in winter as it has a cozy feel. With Sky TV and WIFI, you could easily spend the day indoors. However, it is, of course, perfect for those looking to get out into Nerja in order to visit the really nice beaches, shops and restaurants. I highly recommend this place and will definitely be booking again as it is very child friendly.

“The most perfect view ever”

This house is in a great location with stunning sea and mountain views. It is on a private street and has parking, which is great in Nerja. Just a short walk down the road and you are on the beach!

The house itself is very homely and stylish, comfortable and pleasing to the eye. Well-equipped kitchen, two lovely, ultra-modern ensuite bathrooms with the excellent, modern fittings, comfortable beds, very clean, nice furnishings and best of all the views are to die for.

The Jacuzzi is a winner as well! You could stay there all day and never get bored as you can see the whole beach and all the goings on.

“Wonderful family home”

I really enjoyed staying at the Chimenea House, the views are lovely, and the whole house is exceptionally clean and beautifully laid out. We had everything we needed for our 4 month old from baby bath to baby carrier - it was a great help. The location is brilliant, a short walk to the beach and local amenities.

Cannot fault the house or location, absolutely fantastic holiday.

As well as being a short walk from Burriana Beach it is only 5 minutes’ drive from the town centre and Balcon de Europa. The views from the roof terrace are exceptional, and the whole community is extremely tranquil and very well managed. Chimenea is a prime location for both couples and families with a broad mix of locals and European nationalities. The property is south facing with fantastic views over the Mediterranean has all-day sunshine on both the patio and the roof terrace, with quite stunning evening sunsets. Both bedrooms have brand new, modern en-suite bathrooms and the main living areas are light and spacious, with very modern furniture and decorations, and the kitchen contains everything you could want for comfort and convenience.

5 minutes walk to Burriana Beach. Several other beaches within 10-15 minutes driving distance. Burriana has over 30 bars, cafes and restaurants.


Malaga Airport, 55 kilometres away. 50 minutes by car. Car hire recommended, but not essential. Taxi and bus service from airport.


Burriana Beach - 500 metres. Town centre, 2.5 kilometres.

Further Details:

Shops, restaurants, supermarkets all within easy walking distance. Firther facilities, banks etc within 5 minutes' driving distance in Town Centre.

Air-conditioning, Wi-Fi, full SKY TV package, towels and linen are all included in the booking price, and the house is extremely well furnished and maintained, with all amenities included. The patio has a large private jacuzzi and BBQ area, and the roof terrace is well furnished for al fresco dining and sundowners ! There is plentiful on street parking and the house is located on a private road.
