Casa De La Luz was constructed 5 years ago to a luxury standard. The Villa is designed to be that of Ibizan style with an open plan living and kitchen area. The bedrooms and bathrooms are all beautiful decorated and equipped. The villa is ideal for families with a glass security screen along the outside patio area providing full security from the pool for young children. Has an outdoor living area. Newly purchased outdoor Sofas and beds for 2015. The villa is cool in the summer with trendy concrete floors and built around a central courtyard, whereby the doors open onto the living area flooding it with light and air. Utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer. Extensive garden with lemon, orange and olive trees providing a beautiful setting. Master bedroom has a large bathroom and a sun terrace with sunbed. All bedrooms have en-suite facilities and are air conditioned at no extra charge. Outside Games room with pool table and bikes. Villa is situated in the foothills of Montgo mountain on a flat plot. There are extensive familiy activites in the nearby area such as Golf, tennis, cycle paths etc. The nearest old town of Javea offers various shops and restaurants. There is an old port with some beautiful bars and restaurants overlooking the beach. Beaches are nearby not only at the Old Port but another couple of minutes drive at L'Arenal, a busy but beautiful promenade with extensive restaurants, shops, ice cream parlours and a gorgeous sandy beach. Numerous supermarkets within 5 minutes drive. Villa has a local agent to deal with all queries and initial check-in.

Casa De La Luz is owned by Declan. I live in England and have 2 young children. I designed and had the villa built to my specification 5 years ago. I love going there and find it restful but exciting at the same time. I try to go there 5 to six times per year.

I designed and built my villa and am very proud of the result and love sharing it with visiting clients. Javea is beautiful, varied, peaceful and exciting, with many excellent beaches, restaurants and bars.

What makes this villa unique

The house is very modern and is bright sunny and airy. High spec facilities and furnishings and fittings. It is built around a central courtyard to fill the house with light and air.

Furnishings are to a high standard and regularly maintained and laundered. Outside: Stunning gardens and outdoor living area. To the back of the house is a large entertaining/living space which includes a beautiful 7 seat corner sofa with table. Large dining table in the shade and further seating area also in the shade. Further sunken seating area next to pool offering a Ibizan style party area!!! BBQ available. Games Room with Pool table and bikes. Orange, lemon and olives trees. Villa is behind large electric gates offering privacy and security. Utility Room: Washing Machine, Tumble Dryer and Sink Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Beach and bath towels and linen are included. Mid-weekly clean can be arranged. An arrival shop can be organised. Other: The beautiful outside living space of Casa De La Luz becomes an extra room in summer. New for 2015 is a gorgeous outdoor seating area with 7 seat sofa, large dining table and funky outdoor area next to the pool with beautiful scatter cushions.

Impressive House in a great location

I have stayed here on a couple of occasions. It works so well for my family. The house is large and light and beautifully furnished. The pool area is stunning with a lovely outside seating area attached to the house. Declan could not do enough to ensure our stay was memorable and having Teresa in resort to help with any issues is a real bonus. It is evident that the house is being continually updated and after speaking with Declan and understanding that is there 2nd home you can understand why so much care is taken to ensure it is kept in beautiful condition. The local area is great with fab beaches and loads of lovely restaurants, but the house is in a quiet area away from the busy areas. It is so lovely sitting in the evening outside and not hearing another sound. We will be back for another stay.

Fantastic Villa!

What a fantastic place to stay. It had everything you could want.....open plan, inside out living.... breakfast in the sun by the pool. We picked lemons from the tree for our fish meal and the children loved the pool as they always do. However my wife prefers the beach which was perfect for her. The villa had so much room and it's decor was very modern which we like.

Declan was a pleasure to book with as sometimes that can be a worry. He was really helpful and accommodating. We have booked again this year (which is not really us as we rarely go back to the same place) but this was such a good value for the luxury you get.

I can't wait for Summer 2017!!

Amazing stay

Beautiful villa. Rooms all clean and tidy. Very comfortable beds and a wonderful private pool. The owner Declan was a perfect host throughout and gave us ideas of the best places to go and things to see and do in the local area which is just stunning.

Thank you so much for a great holiday we will definitely be back.

amazing design, beautiful views, peaceful location

The villa is superb. It is spotless and everything is catered for.

The rooms are all spacious and tastefully dressed.

The living area is so comfortable and airy, with the internal courtyard we kept the doors open and this allowed a lovely breeze through the house.

The outside area is stunning, the pool is long enough for a good swim and safe enough with the beautiful pool fence around the Naya for our young kids.

Javea is lively with lots of restaurants, bars, and beaches.

All in all a wonderful holiday.
